What can I say except that it was the best. Home buying can be an anxious time, but David Baker and Halo Capital made it a breeze. I had a special circumstance that might have scared away banks, but David had no qualms about taking me on. He made sure I knew what was happening at all times, and he reviewed all disclosure forms with me, answered all questions and was patient. I went with him based on a gut feeling and I was absolutely not disappointed.

David with Halo does a great job. We had some snags with a mortgage company through no fault of his. The resolve going with a different mortgage company was swift and satisfying. The company rep. who performed the closing mentioned the closing costs were very competitive as well. We were very happy working with David at Halo. Joe

We worked with Halo Capital agent David [redacted] in securing a VA loan. We had a few snags threw a different VA lender and David was able to help guide us through the proper channels in a more speedy fashion , and a lower rate then was offered by the other VA lender. David not only worked late every night he also worked weekends to get this done quickly. Without David's help we would not be in our house today ! I would recommend Halo Capital and there caring staff especially David to anyone who needs a little extra help !
