I ordered items fort daughter's fairy party and it was great! The girls loved it and it was super cheap!

Review: As a customer I am excited to find what I need, but when I put it in my cart and continue to shop to reach the $30 requirement for free shipping and the company removes my items from my cart it is frustrating. I was shopped for less than 2 minutes before I looked at my total in my cart to realize they were letting other customers buy the items in my cart? This is a total dis-justice to the consumer! I did call and speak with [redacted] the Manager on duty and she said they do it all the time and that was how they ran their business.Desired Settlement: There should be a five-minute window or at least POST ON YOUR SITE that you must buy immediately or they will remove items out of your cart!! In all my online shopping I do I have never encountered removals in less than 2 minutes!

This is how our inventory operates, basically first come first serve. If the items were not removed from her cart then she would have been issued a refund due to the item not being in stock when the order was placed. Many businesses operate like this.

Thank you for reaching out to Halo Heaven with my Complaint. I can see from their response that they are not prepared to even allow customers the time to check out of their site without the chance of losing the items in their cart. I can see if a customer had items in their for 10 minutes but I had just put them my cart and went to purchase one more item and they were gone (A total of two minutes). They need to post on their site that they will take items from your cart at any moment if this is how they plan to run their business. I am obviously appalled at this and feel I was cheated out of a purchase.

I have ordered from Halo Heaven multiple times and have never had a problem with their product. However, their SHIPPING times are utterly ridiculous. Nowhere on their website do they state that processing an order will take over a week, yet I have waited first 10, and then 13 days between order date and the date I received a shipping notification. This is unacceptably slow for an online business that is selling in-stock items (rather than custom items.) So while their products are decent, there are many other similar sites who ship products promptly and I will stick to those sites in the future.

Review: I called and spole with a [redacted] an told her I wanted to cancel my order bc it was still sitting at the warehouse and it had been 5 days and it avertises that it ships withing 48 hours. [redacted] told me that she would cancel my order immediatly and I would be refunded. It has now been 9 days and I still havent been refunded and on top of this They shipped this order. And now I am having to wait till they receive there merchandise back. Its Ridiculous.

Hello,

At the time this order was placed our processing time was 5-7 business days plus shipping, this information was posted on our shipping policy. Also during this time we were in the process of moving our entire warehouse to Kentucky from Montana so processing time was a bit delayed. Customer placed order on 8/15, order was shipped 8/22 (within our processing time). She did speak with [redacted] who refunded her entire order before the order arrived back to our warehouse on 8/26.

Now that we are settled into our new warehouse processing time is 24 hours plus shipping.

Review: I received 4 fiber optic tutu's and only one worked. I called the company and they agreed to refund me for the three that didn't work. I was refunded within a few days. I sent back the defective items. I later received an email saying they wanted to send me back the defective items, recharge me and charge me for the shipping because I did not meet the deadline of 3 days. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone told me about the three days and I told him 3 days is a very small amount of time, he agreed to let me send back the items. I told him I would send back the tutu's and he told me it didn't matter, but I insisted because I wanted to be fair and give them back the items. Now Gus has sent several emails arguing with me about the return and insist I pay for defective tutu's. I suggested sending me 3 tutu's that work, no reply. He is questioning who I spoke to, did I get an email confirmation about the return and claiming that the items are not in the orginal package. All of this is coming AFTER Halo Heaven agreed to the refund. I am blown away by the lack of common sense in they way they do business. The bottom line is: Halo Heaven sent me defective items, refunded my cc and now are going back on their word.Desired Settlement: I've been refunded and they have back the defective tutus. In my mind it has been resolved. The reason I am sending this complaint is to help this company understand that arguing over $30 isn't worth unhappy customers, that would have come back for more business in the future. I don't want anymore emails or contact with this business. Something doesn't seem right about the way they do business and I'm very worried because they now have my credit card number.

Review: I received an incomplete order from Haloheaven.com In addition, they shipped me a clothing item (pink tutu) that smelled like a chemical plant. When I called haloheaven.com, I was told that I would receive a refund for the missing item. They did offer to replace the tutu, but I declined as the represenative said that they do ship out bad smelling tutus from time to time.I was told that in order to receive a refund for any part of my order, I would need to 1) place the merchandise in its original packaging.2) Send back the merchandise within 3 business days&3) I would be charged a 30% restocking fee.When I asked whether the restocking and packaging requirements could be waived for the box, the represenative told me that I could include a note with this request but she could not make any guarantees. At that point I asked if she could tell me whether the restocking fee and packaging requirements would be waived for the bad smelling tutu, and again she said she did not have authority to waive any fees. I did send back the entire box at my own expense, and have a UPS verification that an individual named [redacted] signed for this box on Dec 3. To date I have not received a refund from the company for either the missing item or the returned goods.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my payment to Halo Heaven as 1) Halo Heaven shipped me an incomplete order2) one of the items gave me headaches 3) I shipped the box back at my own expenseHalo Heaven's policies are unusual and clearly meant to make it prohibitive for a consumer to make any returns. I would also like Halo Heaven to modify their website in order to make it clear to the consumer that they are 1) charged a 30% restocking fee & 2) have a return window of only 3 business days

I have ordered from Halo Heaven for the past 2 years, at least 10 times. I'm from Western Canada and items always arrive within 2 weeks. Only once I had a problem, where a wrong hat was ordered. I phoned in and a new one arrived a week later at no charge! I'm not sure what the complaints have been. They sell very low-cost tutus, which are small and simple (hence the low low price). Items are all ok quality for the price you pay. They also have excellent sales on top of the great prices.
