H.A.L.O. Inc.

I wrote a check and mailed it along with the form to purchase supplies for my Sea Monkeys from this company. They received my check and cashed my check and after 4 weeks I never received the item. I called a number I found on the internet for the company in California. A gentleman answered and said that he owned the company and would make sure I received the item. Two weeks later with no item, I called the gentleman back and he hung up on me. I have tried contacting the number for Maryland and it is either busy, an answering service comes on, or it asks for a code to be input. I am still waiting to receive my item.
