I purchased a HaloFX from Halotherapy Solutions and from day one the service was amazing. Let me tell you first that I had purchased two different Halotherapy machines from two very different, yet prominent companies in the Halotherapy Industry. Both of the other companies only provided limited set up support. Any questions regarding the correct set up within my cave (which is 50 square feet) was met with efforts to try and sell me upgrades) 6 months into the use of both the predecessor halotherapy machines and both machines gave me endless problems. either the computer interface wasn't working, or I was accused of not cleaning the instruments correctly. Both companies did everything to try and tell me that the problems I was facing was my fault.

I have not had a days problems with my HaloFX. It is easy to maintain, service assistance is a call away and I am now 3 years into owning the machine. Steve Spiro and his crew are absolutely marvelous when it comes to helping me resolve any small issues, which most times are just little hiccups, like my staff not understanding how to set the timer (simple stuff) or forgetting the once monthly cleaning. Yes this machine almost runs itself. The other machines are messy and even though they do have sensors that regulate the amount of salt in the air, that in itself becomes tricky when the salt is sticking in hard to reach places when you have to clean it daily.

Dealing with HaloFX has helped me in focusing on the matters that need my attention the most. My clients and my staff.

I purchased a *** from GHS in 2017 and I love it and this company. They helped me get started and continue to support me almost 2 years later. My halogenerator works great with little maintenance. I was most impressed with the integrity of this company and the knowledge and expertise of their representatives.
