I am sorry for the delay in getting you information on Patrick [redacted] *** I received his complaint ( ID # [redacted] ) through Mike [redacted] , [redacted] of Halpin Personnel (Staffing Service) We have payroll records as well as his new start paperwork confirming that he did fill out documents and worked through usBased on the paperwork we have Patrick lived in [redacted] , IL and we do have a copy of his picture ID Patrick worked through a division of Halpin called [redacted] ( [redacted] ) His assignments start date was 12/18/and his end date was 2/19/ His pay rate was $per hour.Please be aware that we have received several calls from Patrick where we gave him the same information as well as his payroll recordsHe refused to accept the fact that he did work through us He has threatened the staff (Barbara) and others We have advised him to call the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission) to file an Identity Theft report, if in fact this is identity theft
