I moved to the Conway area in 2007 and after a negative experience with a different shop, I found Halter's Body Shop and haven't gone anywhere else since then. I like Halter's for a number of reasons and a few of them are:
1. Owner is directly involved in the business and always available to the customer.
2. Halter interfaces directly with the insurance company so I don't feel like I'm caught in the middle trying to resolve issues between the shop and the insurance company.
3. Personnel behave like professions and I know my wife/family will not be subject to inappropriate language or jokes.
4. Finished product is of highest quality. I have used Halter's three times for accident related damage and have always been extremely satisfied with their work.
