Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute[redacted] did not inform me about having to pay cash only for years, and when I requested to speak to her Supervisor and she refused to let me speak to herI have to call back at the same day to speak to the operator and direct me to her supervisorI left a voice message to her supervisor and I never receive a phone call back form her at allTill now I am still waiting for her respondAs I stated in the complaint they were inform us that they cannot receive a check payment from us at all, since we have to pay extra deposit after that we been paying online with a debit card payment at all timesWe never pay with the check or set up a bank draftSo neither one of us ever set up any bank draftYou can request to them a copy of our payment history and it will show that we make a payment of debit card at all times Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:After consulting with our Finance Director over the response to the dispute, we both agree that the NSF fee charge will not be waived The account has had NSF's transactions since 5/9/to presentThese have all been determined to be valid with our supporting evidence that was sent to Revdex.com earlierCustomer did not pay with paper checksNSF's were allfrom bank drafts being set up online, not by City of Haltom CityOther payments were made Online after customer calls each time for us to remove the Cash Only Bar, so customer can pay online with debit/credit Since debit/credit cards are not paper checks or bank drafts,we as a courtesy remove the bar for our customer's to make a payment online & not have to come inside the office If customers can't pay with debit/credit cards online, they are required to come inside and pay with cash/money orderOn our Returned Check Notice Door Hanger Form,it informs the customer that after a 2nd NSF, the account is flagged as a "Cash Only" for future payments and also an Additional deposit is now requiredAll Door hangers state the same information and were left at residence when terminated for NSF Customer did request to speak with my Supervisor, Iadvised her that the UB Billing Manager Retired as of 2/5/and there was no replacement at the present time I forwarded her issue to the Finance Director, per the Finance Director she has received no call from customer

The account has had 3 NSF's transactions since 5/9/2013 to present. These have all been determined to be valid with our supporting evidence that was sent to Revdex.com earlier. Customer did not pay with paper checks. NSF's were all3 from bank drafts being set up online, not by City of Haltom City. Other payments were made Online after customer calls each time for us to remove the Cash Only Bar, so customer can pay online with debit/credit.  Since debit/credit cards are not paper checks or bank drafts,we as a courtesy remove the bar for our customer's to make a payment online & not have to come inside the office.  If customers can't pay with debit/credit cards online, they are required to come inside and pay with cash/money order.
