Halverson and Blaiser Group

We were tenants of previous management HBG took over its apartment and on moving out, they stepped in before check up and stated everything clean and good then deduced huge amount of security deposit without prior notice claiming it is just for cleaning. 400 dollars for cleaning and I have photos for move in condition and for move out , and the move in reports all documents the conditions I left the apartment by far better than I got it. We left ten days earlier they promised to refund money back , and this also never happens. I am trying to contact them but in vain. Here is how they deal when it comes to money.
