This guy is looney tunes. He wants a full cash refund on food after 8 months and he says he told him we would do that. He talked to me on the phone. (So Rude!!!!!!!!) I made a point to ask him if he was sold the same box of steaks that we showed him and he said yes. That's is why he decided to lie...

on this complaint and say we showed him pictures. We always show all of the customers the same box of steaks that they buy. Anyway, per state law, we will exchange any steaks that he as left that he deems unsatisfactory. We will not be giving bugs bunny any charity in the form of cash. We, as well as no food distributed could or would. Something is seriously wrong with this guy

We will contact the customer, [redacted], and arrange for her to have her product replaced.

Our response for this type of complaint is consider all the same, we cannot offer a cash refund after more than 72 hrs from time of purchase. This is written on all of our sales receipts. We carry products that are inspected and graded by the USDA. We are licensed by the state and have never had any...

red flags with them. We have offered the customer a full replacement for everything in her freezer. The customer declined that offer. The customer became very unruly after she was told she could not have her way. I will post a couple of screen shots from her child and what looks like her daughters boyfriend after she her demands were not met from her phone tantrum. We will still offer a full replacement, not a refund.

We attempted to contact Halvorsons several times. We have a copy of cancellation notice which was sent in a timely manner and was stamped by the local post office. They called us on 7/10/15 in response to a phone call from us. They said they would review their records and get back to us. There has been no contact from them and I again left a message with them on 7/28/15. Their claim that we have not contacted them is false.

For this case, Halversons will refund the money for the steak boxes that have NOT been eaten out of. (Fyi Halversons is within its full rights to do nothing at this point) So of the 6 boxes in the variety pack, if 2 have been eaten out of, the customer will get refunded for 4 of them. Hopefully that is satisfactory,

We are not satisfied with the response from Halverson's Meats. We cancelled the contract within the specified timeframe. Contract reads that full refund would be made within 10 days of receipt of cancellation. Their response of only full unopened boxes of meat can be reimbursed is absurd. How are we to try the product if we don't open the boxes?!
Since they refuse to honor this contract we wish no further contact with them but request that our complaint remain on file. Thank you.
