Tri County was retained to install a kitchen hood and stainsess steel wall coverings in my home on April ** 2013. I gave [redacted] the owner a check for $1800. Neil assured me that the work would be completed in two weeks. After two months the work has not been started. I have called his office over a doqen times and they have only answered the phone two times han have never returned a phone call. I have visited their offices three times since they do not return phone calls and as able to talk to [redacted] over two weeks ago and he assured me thta the work would be started the following week. Still no work started.
