Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/04) */ In response to the customer complaint from February 19, I have personally talked to the manager and employee involved, they claim that in no way did they intend to be rude or disrespectful of the customer We did have a minor issue with our computers, but the manager thought he had resolved their issue to their satisfactionWhen the employee came to get him after they were done, they had already leftHe did not get a chance to compensate them that night I have personally responded to [redacted] twice via email to offer an apology and an opportunity to resolve the matterIf fact, I reached out at 6:30am on Saturday morning to apologize We do everything we can to give our customers the best experience possible and I know that some times we fail, but we are always willing to do whatever it takes to redeem ourselvesUnfortunately we are an older center that does not have the capital to remodel, but are very proud of the cleanliness of our center I look forward to resolve this matter as soon as possible
