another means. She later informned us that one of the tires had damage to side sidewall. Our defect specialist detemined the manufacturer needed to be consulted to ensure a proper adjustment, if an adjustment were applicable. [redacted] was given the adjustment center information for the manufacturer. Hamad Tire was never contacted by the manufacturer. Until approval is completed by the manufacturer Hamad Tire cannot due any type of warranty on the tire. If [redacted] needs that customer service phone number again, we would be more than willing to supply the needed information. Thank you
