Review: Purchased a hover board for my nephew for Christmas from HamGo through [redacted]. Product was defective upon opening it Christmas morning. It will not charge at all. I have called, left messages and e-mailed with NO response. My sister has also tried to no avail.Desired Settlement: I am so disappointed as is my nephew. At this point I want to return the product and receive a refund. I will shop somewhere else.
