We received a complaint from this customer regarding an issue with the speaker of a phone purchased from our businessUnfortunately, this malfunction took place outside of our return policy which is made clear verbally at the point of sale, and in written form which the customer signed
In the
unfortunate event that a customer receives a defective or malfunctioning product, the customer has days from the point of purchase to swap the device for one of equal value, or can return the device and receive a full refund for the device onlyIf a malfunction occurs outside of our day return policy, we refer the customer to their device manufacturer, who provides a one-year warranty for defectsWe apologize for any inconvenience that the customer had while trying to contact us, we also have tried to make several calls to the customer to resolve the issue but have not been able to reach him at the phone number provided.
For the issue he's having, he can reach Samsung for a warranty repair @ ###-###-####

Hamilton Account Services is in receipt of a complaint filed by Mr*** regarding an issue he had while attempting to close an account
0.0001pt 0in;">Mr*** contacted our office regarding an account placed in our office by his previous landlord, Coronado Park AptMr*** spoke with our client, Coronado Park, and was able to work out a deal with the apartments and they agreed to cancel the account placed with our office back on August 1st The account was closed with our office that day, but Mr*** insisted that the rating on his credit bureau be cancelled that same dayMr*** was explained by our office that there are policies and procedures in place that will not allow us to simply call each credit reporting agencies and cancel their ratingMr*** was giving a cancellation letter from Hamilton Accounts, along with step he could take to remove the rating from the credit bureaus on his ownHamilton Accounts is only able to rate accounts once a month with the credit bureaus and on the 15th of January Mr***s account was cancelled with the credit bureausNo dispute should have ever been filed, since everything Mr*** and Coronado Park requested was completed that dayI have attached a copy of the email that was sent to Mr***, along with the cancellation letterThanks, Todd WL*** Hamilton Accounts Services, Inc(800)235-Office (317)867-Fax
