I am sorry that I missed in the initial email that you said you would lower the
bill.I I must have missed it somehow
Regardless of that statement, In my response, I feel I made it clear that I was extremely unhappy and the only reason I sent payment was to avoid being turned into collections over something pettyAfter stating very clearly that I was unsatisfied and felt taken advantage of, your response was to wish me well, instead of suggesting an alternate arrangement
I am sorry I was mistaken that I was charged $an hour instead of $That is irrelevant, the charges we ridiculous, especially for not ever have being notified that I was being charged
I am sorry I said grandchildren, perhaps I should have copied and pasted from my emails to you, "she spent time asking questions about my business unrelated to my taxes and spent time speaking on other topics"
I did ask her to set up the account for me, she told me I had to learn in this methodI did not come for a QuickBooks classOnce again, SHE DID NOT EVER SET UP THE CHART OF ACCOUNTSI left there with no accounts set up at allI had to do it myself at home
The sheet that your office sent of what I was billed for did include a phone call to your office
Because of these reasons:
The bottom line is I spent time with a woman who did no set up the accounts, like said on the bill or I asked her to do for meThen you charged me unknowingly
I would like this charge to be reduced or refunded for working with BarbaraIt is unfair to charge someone that rate with no knowledge or ever signing a contract
