Hamilton Center, Inc.

The Hamilton Center has a lack of professionalism in the work place. They also have the lack of training for employees to work with people with mental health disabilities. There is a lack of communication between employees and the higher up. The place really needs to reorganize who they put in charge and learn how to run a business. The Hamilton Center also treats their clients without respect and most employees does not understand how to treat their needs.
