Review: I began with Hamilton Dental in April 2013. They pulled out front teeth and then put on temporaries that have been on since 2013. This office has repeatedly canceled over 15 of my appointments. I was asked to be patient with them because their best dentist, Dr. Scott J. C[redacted] DMD. had to come up with a treatment plan for me. When all along they were most likely trying to see if I would make the payments. I was harassed about increasing my monthly payments which I did. I first agreed to $100, $200; $300 and finally $500 a month. IAs I wanted for them to proceed with my dental plan, I lost one of my dental coverage. I had to have 2 ($2000) graphing because of the long delays and the decay that is now setting in causing more damage and now they tell me that the head dentist, Dr. C[redacted] has left and they can no longer continue with my treatment.Desired Settlement: to be fully compensated for the many broken appointments on their part. The added damages to my gums because of the long term temporaries put in my mouth that have broken down and now the head dentist has left their organization and now after 2 yrs. and all the money paid out, I want a full refund.
