I apologize for the inconvenience the guest may had with their stay First they did not book through [redacted] They had the dogs in the room all night Our night auditor heard the dogs They did not have a fight early morning, they did not check out till AMThey are claiming they walked in as a guest, so how can they see that our hotel had advertised as pet friendly When I went to knock on their door to come to the front and settle their invoice, the male in the group was very rude and disturbing They got in to the car and were driving off until I told them they would have to come to the front desk or I would have to report the incident to the police and make a report That is when they drove back around and settled their bill I'm sorry for the inconvenience for their stay, but I would not be giving a refund for the room We had to clean that room thoroughly due to other guest that come in with allergies to pets Thank you, Bhavini Madhav

I would like to have a refund of $153.00 because I was disappointed how the employee treated me. Am I willing to stay her next time? Definitely not if that's how they treat their customers.
