*** page online is all made up positive reviews, just look at the namesSeems like everyone is related to each other and posting fake reviews because its the family running the business Also not to mention not very communicative I waited a week to hear back about a different payment plan, and it took me reach out to them to tell me that it was not possible to do So when were they going to let me know?
Also not for nothing, adding to the fake *** page reviews, the information to this place is "Hamilton Livery Leasing, TLC Financing Division, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** and they have two websites *** *** *** When reading reviews check the name and if the profile is real for honest reviews, you'll find none!
A piece of advice, dont deal with this company if you know what is good for youYour better off dealing with a dealership who will express and show all the numbers to youAlso not waste Hard inquiries on your credit first before looking for the car you want to buyAlso they dont cover tlc processing paperwork but will help you figure it out on becoming a tlc vehicle But with all the fake information, I don't know how true that is They just want you to pay for car with high interest rate and probably ignore you after you're stuck with a car they buy for youJust imagine, communication is poor here! Dont do business here, or think about leaving a deposit to motivate them that you are a serious buyer Plus you'll get a better deal at a dealership than dealing with this business...this business is just another middle person to pay off to handle your money, honestlySave yourself and your credit, and dont do business here Take a trip to an actual dealership instead

Hamilton Leasing is fraudulent the say no credit needed for an approval than take you through multiple steps after you sign the approval papers only to demand more and more from either the dealer or leaser

Hamilton Leasing was one of the first companies I went to for auto leasing Easy payment terms, knowledgeable staff and all around great experienceI highly recommend to anyone either starting out in the industry or veterans looking to purchase new cars David and his staff are top notch!! Review: I review my credit periodically. I have been scammed before by Hamilton Leasing and it's subsidiaries. On January [redacted], 2014 I received a credit alert. On July **,2012 the leased 2008 Mercedes was returned to the dealer in an agreement and paid up to date in full. Basically, they decided that two years later they felt the need to report it to the credit bureau.I never received a statement of balance owed or phone call or any invoice detailing money owed. These people have access to my credit report and are using it to their needs and humor.?In the past I have sent numerous complaints regarding this company. This loan was satisfied and paid in full. This is another bogus scam that they are running.Desired Settlement: REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT REPORT

In our response to this compalin from our formar customer [redacted]. We leased him a 2008 Mercedes R350 in November 2011 VIN # [redacted]

[redacted] defaulted on his contract and the Mercedes was "Repossessed" in July, 2012, what [redacted] claims he surrendered the vehicle, is a false lie clear and simple, he didn't even want to surrender the keys to the repo guy, he acted very unprofessional.

What he claims that he "returned the car to the dealer" Again, the car was repossessed.

We reported him to the credit bureau on a regular basis 30-60 days he is trying to claim that he "was caught off guard" with an credit alert this is just another lie.

On a letter date, he filed a complain with NY State and they gave us the right of way in this matter.

We can provide all documents to support our side of this story should Revdex.com want to.

There has not been any correspondence to this matter since June 2012. Yes, please supply the paperwork since I never received anything. They claim that I was caught off guard. It seems that is their intention. After two years, on January 2014 they decide to report it to report it to the credit bureaus,of the matter, they are claiming I am at fault. WHERE IS THE CORRESPONDENCE! In normal legal business transactions (without any scamming tactics) a company will send a letter or in a form of communication with the client and explain to them what is at default. This NEVER happened. Please review their business history on [redacted] dockets and filings and you will find that this is what they do for a living. I was not aware of this until I was caught in their web. They have different names/ owners addresses / locations and lawsuits against them. This is not my concern. My issue with Hamilton Leasing is that they are unclear of what they say. They say and mean different things.

It's exactly what they said they wait until someone is "off guard" and then they react. That has been their tactic since day one.

They have used negative credit reporting to communicate with me. I am a hard working family man. I insist on repeating this because I am not interested in their scheme of approach.
