Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me The business has mailed me the requested items and, I consider this complaint resolved I want it noted that the business was not truthful about the reason it had not provided the promised extra key and instructions I have the two e-mails from them stating that they would be mailed to us I feel this business is very deceitful and would not recommend them to any one Regards, [redacted]

CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED ON THE EXTRA KEY AND MANUAL FOR THE LIFT KIT FOR THIS VEHICLE THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WITH CUSTOMER AND THE DEALERSHIP ON HOW TO GET THESE ITEMS TO HIMTHE DEALERSHIP THOUGHT HE WOULD COME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP IN [redacted] TO PICK THEM UPWE HAVE SINCE MAILED THEM TO HIM AT THE ADDRESS ON RECORDWE APOLOGIZED FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSE HIM SINCERELY [redacted] OFFICE MANAGER
