*** & Revdex.com, First off I apologize for the situation that has happened, better communication on my end would have helped prevented some of the mishap that we have hereWhen I went out to look at the service location I walked around the site with *** and she showed me all the areas
where she wanted trimmed down, she also showed me a few of the areas where she would like things to be moved so that my guys could make sure they weed-eated where they needed toI looked over everything she had showed me and I bid the project, for $plus tax, figuring it would take my 3-man crew around an hour to completeWhen agreed by *** to proceed forward I took my crew and walked through the site with them getting there at 5:09pm on 9/7/17. I told them all the same things that *** had told me and they had completed the job and got back to the shop at 6:11pm ( I have a GPS on the trucks)A couple of days later I get a phone call from *** and she said that we hadn’t completed the job, so I told her that I would go and check on that and make sure that the guys had completed the job and to make sure that we did everything that she had asked and that I had told her that we would doI went and looked back at the site and my crew had accomplished everything that me and *** had talked about and so I called *** and told her that we had completed the job that she and I had discussed and she said that she hadn’t even looked at it that it was just what the lady from the city had told her, (who knew nothing about anything that me and *** had discussed)She asked me to meet the lady from the city at the job site and I told her I would love to, to make sure that she was taken care of but that any extra work that wasn’t discussed and that wasn’t on the prior bid would have to be re-bid and would cost a little moreShe had discussed a tree being removed over the phone and a few other things that I knew I hadn’t bid the project forOnce I told her that anything extra would cost extra, she said okay that she would get back to me and I haven’t heard anything sense thenI apologize if anyone was rude on the phone I don’t support that at all and will have a discussion with everyone here at Hamilton’s who answers the phones to make sure that doesn’t happen againWe are all about the customer and making the customer happy*** I apologize if we made you feel like we didn’t care to take care of you in any way or form because that is not our heart in the matterI feel like if I would have had a chance to rebid the extra stuff that she was wanting done I could have came in a lot cheaper than the $that the city charged herBut it also goes to show that there was miscommunication on what the lady from the city wanted done compared to what *** and I had discussedNot to mention the city charged her that after my guys had already knocked down tons of weed that were 6ft plus and cleaned up the whole front of the house Once again I want everyone to be happy and apologize for the situation that I think could have been avoided and saved *** some money if I was given the chance to bid out everything that the City did and probably could have done it for about $cheaperHowever I could not have done it for the $charged. To reconcile on our side and apologize I would like to give *** her money back for the work that we performed for her since she was not satisfied Thanks, Cameron S*** General Manager Hamilton Providence Garden
