Hamilton Pet Meadow

I feel very disappointed and very sad. I never thought what would happen for such a bad experience. My pet died 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for her remains to arrive. I know a special order was made for him and I pay for everything I know he ordered. The most painful thing is that with each passing day the wait is more agonizing without being given an approximate day or being kept up to date on what is happening and why it takes so long. I don't know if they actually gave me the senizas of my pet or another. doubt grows with waiting. I don't know if they lose the remains of my pet and also lose my money that I pay them in advance. 😥😥💔💔

I have had to use the services of Hamilton Pet Meadow several times and each time they make a difficult situation more bearable. They have a peaceful setting to say your final goodbyes if you chose to be present for cremation as I have done with all my pets. I would and DO highly recommend these caring people when dealing with loss. God bless them!

I ordered the Clay Paw Print when my pet was sent for cremation. Several days after the ashes were returned I went to pick up my Clay Paw Print and was given an ink paw print in a picture frame.
This was very disappointing, and there was no way of getting the correct item made at this point. When my vets office questioned why the wrong item was made Pet Meadow stated that they didn't understand the order. The order was placed on their order form!!! If they didn't understand what was wanted they should have asked. In the future, I think a better practice for them would be to use an Item Number to designate what item is being ordered because clearly they don't understand their current order form.
