We were originally contacted by this customer to remodel their kitchen. During that consultation, we were asked if it was ok to remove the wall in question. At that point, we told the customer that the wall was a load bearing wall and could be removed, but would have to be
re-enforced. About two weeks had passed, and we were contacted by the customer because they had began to remove the wall on their own, and they were now concerned as to the structural integrity. We met the customer on a Saturday morning to look and confirm what was already told to them. At that point, because of the concern for safety, the wife had taken the small child who resides at the house to another location due to the safety issue. We met with the husband, and he stated he needed some options as to what was the correct way to install the support. We gave him several options, but informed him that we were currently booked out at least days, but because of the issue being of some urgency, we would work him in as soon as possible. We have done our best to satisfy this customer, and have attempted recently several times to gain entry to the home to complete the work, all attempts not being granted by the homeowner. Then, when we were made aware of the issues the customer had, we attempted several times, via email, to schedule another meeting with this customer to remedy any concerns they had. The customer has refused to meet with us, and now has filed this complaint. We have strived to correct these issues, and assure the customer of our workmanship, but all attempts have failed. The customer has refused to meet with us, and at one point has even stated that they will not take any phone calls
