Hamilton Self Storage

In April, 2014 we paid for 3 months of storage in unit 214, expecting to vacate in late June, 2014. (Check number 233 for 334.65 from [redacted] UMC) Circumstances required us to vacate unit 214 on May 3rd. I went on May 4th to ensure unit was clean and to notify the agent that we were vacating. I told her we had paid for 3 months but only used one month and please ask for a refund. About 2 weeks later a gentleman from Hamilton called to verify that we had vacated unit 214. I told him we had and that I had requested a 2 month refund. He said he would pass it along. In August we still had not received a refund. I wrote Hamilton a letter requesting a refund for @223.10. I have not received a check or a reply as to why a refund is not forthcoming. I was late one month and they chared me $10. Well they are now late 5 months, so they owe me $50 in late charges.ThanksDesired SettlementA refund check for $223.10 and $50 in late fees would be appreciated.
