Hamilton & Sons Reviews (2)

Below is our email exchange As you can see, she is not willing to take any answer besides giving her money back (which she agreed to pay before confirming her purchase) She did not try to contact a manger when she was at the venue during the show She claims she tried to
reach out through the website but it "bounced back" We get emails through the website on a daily basis without any issues, so I don't think she is being honest about that either. You can look at her star *** reviews HERE As you can see by these reviews, she seems to have a chip on her shoulder and talks about contacting you guys in a few different reviews. Here a few other music venues' fees with a similar capacity (and overheard costs) As you can see, we have the lowest fees out of any venue with a capacity over 600:*** *** ($ticket): $8.75The *** ($ticket): $9.50The *** ($Ticket): $8.90The *** *** *** ($Ticket): $6.50The State Theatre respects the service that the Revdex.com provides, but it is unfortunate that some people try and abuse the service and use it as a threat against businesses We will not be refunding this customer the ticket fees and I am confident that none of our competitors would refund her either.Thank you for your time

Now let me address the points from the MANAGER
1) You are a manager yet you talk to your customers in that fashion? Don't forget that it's the CUSTOMERS that keep you in businessIf you didn't have people like me coming to your venue, you wouldn't be making a money, nor have a jobSo you're welcome
2) The ONLY reason I agreed to the insane fee was because I was on my door out to the venueYou are telling me you would rather me wait for someone to come to the door when it is crazy loud in your venue? I'm sorry I had a bit of respect for your position and that it was a busy nightMost people have jobs to do at their job and I was allowing you to do that and say, okay I will contact them later
3) Now I am being told you don't know if I'm being honest about your email system? How would I have known that I can only put an email thru to your 1980's website if I didn't try that? Unfortunately, since your website does not send my personal email a bounce back and it only says "invalid entry" or something where there is an error on your website, I have no way of documenting thatI tried maybe times, I also tried using IE and MozillaMaybe next time add a "if you are experiencing technical difficulties, message this person" so I can send them a screen shotThere is no way to report thisSo either way, I was screwed any way I attempted anythingYet, I could be being dishonestMaybe your company should learn to take constructive criticismYour email was not working that dayPeriodIf you don't want to believe me, that's fineBut I would watch my wordsDon't tell one of your customers they could be lying
4) Do you know what *** is used for? It is used for reviewsThere are stars for a reasonTO MAKE REVIEWSI'm not one of those people that gives stars for everythingYou ignore, you take too long, something is strange at the event, I will let people knowI use *** to find services as wellPeople post this for that reasonIf you want to keep stalking my information, also notice how many compliments and feedback I have also receivedI make these comments so that people know what to expectIf you have someone else that is wondering the same thing, I want them to know a) good luck using the "contact us" section because you won't get thru, and b) the manager thinks they are right and they are always right and don't care about their customers
5) Just remember, this all started over $You could have made a customer satisfied by saying "I apologize that you didn't see that, it is on our website, BUT I will make a one time exceptionNext time, I won't be able to do that." And we would not have had this conversation go to no endInstead, you want to spew out negative information about your customers, which just shows how much you could careless for the people that keep your venue running
As I mentioned, my review will stay upAnd you're free to respond to one of my negative reviews lolThat is what *** is there for, in case you were not awareI will gladly rebuttalMy goal is that I don't want anyone else treated the way that I was (in a negative situation)And if service was fantastic, I let the world know so they can experience that too
Good luck
