Contracted with the company to purchase and install windowsThe company took money but did not perform I contacted the owner of Fresh Look Exteriors, [redacted] , on December 14, to give me an estimate to have windows installed on my house in Slidell, LA [redacted] went to the property to measure and returned an estimate to me on December 16, The total cost of the job was $3,I met with [redacted] in Baton Rouge, LA on December 29, to discuss the contract with [redacted] He told me that I needed to put 1/down and pay the remaining balance upon completion of the job, which would be within weeksI gave [redacted] a down payment of $1,at that time and he assured me that he was a reputable company and would get the job done rightOn January 14, 2016, I called [redacted] for a status on the jobHe told me that he had to re-measure a couple of the windows, which would delay the project and the windows would be in either on January or I called [redacted] again on January and he said he would call me back in minutesThat was the last I've heard from himHe did not call back and has not returned my phone callsI have now called my credit card company to reverse the charge to my credit card and will look for another contractor I called the company this morning and left another message in yet another good faith effort to resolve this issue, but have not received a call back
"Fresh Look" updated and installed our home with energy efficient insulated windows in a professional manner The owner, *** *** was well-informed about his product and his installers, *** *** and *** *** were experienced, thorough and efficient After installation there was one issue that needed attention The concern was immediately and completely satisfied according to our agreement
The installation of windows were done terriblyCheap products were used to seal the windows and the caulk is falling outSome areas not enough was placed initially, lacking a sealDamage was done to sheetrock, windows sills, alarms sensors, wood flooring, and vinyl sidingSince this last rain we now have water damage too from the windows not being sealed wellThe owner of the company *** *** was notified after the installation and came out to assess property damage and installationHe walked around saying "oh my" and "don't worry we'll make things right"That was months ago, not one phone call email or nothingI sent him a certified letter of complaint and still no responseWe paid in full upfront to save money, which was another mistake, and the owner has washed his hands of usPlease don't make the same mistake as us and use this companyThe windows themselves seem to be a nice product but the installation was terrible, causing more damage then good, and the owner obviously does not stand by his work

Fresh Look is excellent! I called and explained what my goals were with my home. The owner was helping me-he is very knowledgable and easy to deal with. I let him know the best time for me and he met me at that time. I received an estimate for windows from another place, I was comfortable with them. Then in my Val Pak I had the Fresh Look Flyer. So I decided I needed 1 more estimate. Everything went smooth and I'm looking at having take of a few more things.
