Hamilton Writing Services works under contract with every client to protect both parties by detailing the scope of work outlined for the price paid by the client. The client is asked to carefully review the terms of the contract before signing to ensure clear understanding of all aspects of the...

scope of work and terms of agreement. Hamilton Writing Services will not work with any client, freelance or resume writing, without a signed client contract. [redacted] secured Hamilton Writing Services and signed his client contract on April 1, with his 60-minute information-gathering interview slated for April 17 at 5 p.m., the start of his turnaround time. After completing the interview, HWS began work on [redacted]' career documents. During the processing time, HWS encountered multiple technical issues that prevented work on [redacted]' and many other projects delaying completion time. Delays occurred due to a car accident, technical issues and personal emergencies. I'm a one-person office and while most clients didn't have any issues, [redacted] continually submitted emails requesting a turnaround date. All efforts were made, but delays continued beyond HWS' control. [redacted] and any other affected clients were made aware of these delays, albeit with projected due dates.  One of the terms of the signed contract is that the client is to be an active participant in the process and to contact HWS if materials don't arrive by the designated deadlines. [redacted] did follow this and sent emails requesting updates. Each was responded to within 24 hours of receipt. After continued delays on May 12, 2015, [redacted] was offered a partial refund by HWS, as were multiple other clients, because of ongoing delays in services delivery. He refused the initial terms stating he would request a full refund from his bank if delivery wasn't completed. HWS then canceled his contract and per the No Refund terms of the initial contract, [redacted] was sent a client release form on May 14, to review and sign in order to process his full refund. This releases him legally from the No Refund clause allowing a full refund to be processed. One stipulation of this release form is that upon a full refund the client agrees not to disparage HWS in any way or becomes liable for legal action for disparagement. This clause is to protect the integrity of HWS and has been legally approved by counsel. [redacted] refused to sign the client release form because of the non-disparagement clause. Since he refused to sign this legal release, his bank refused his refund per the No Refund clause of the initial canceled contract. This action was based on [redacted]' actions and out of the control of Hamilton Writing Services. On July 20, [redacted] sent an email stating emphatically that he would not sign any contract, but asked for his services to be completed since his bank refused his refund. Hamilton Writing Services stated I would complete the materials, and again started the process. However, after further delays, my legal counsel pointed out that [redacted] no longer had a contract with Hamilton Writing Services. His first contract was canceled, he emphatically stated he would not sign any additional contracts, and so no contract existed between us. At this point Hamilton Writing Services stopped further work on [redacted]' materials. Since he emphatically repeated he would not sign any contract, no contract was offered him as the outcome was well-known. On Sept. 28, 2015, I received the following email from [redacted] regarding his services:      ---------- Forwarded message ----------     From: [redacted] H     Date: Mon, Sep 28, 2015 at 1:51 PM     Subject: Re: Resume Status     To: [redacted] <[redacted]>      Hi [redacted],     Not sure what my choices are here. I have been waiting another 2 months for this.. do you want to call this down the middle and refund me half?             I'm not willing to sign anything but I will also not post any type of reviews.      [redacted] D. [redacted] was aware no refund would be made when he made this statement based on earlier actions by his bank since he refused to sign the client release form. When he requested the full refund he canceled his initial contract and Hamilton Writing Services was under no obligation to continue working with him. Based on the ongoing delays, the refusal to sign his client release, his emphatic refusal to sign any future contracts, and his last request for a refund in lieu of posting comments, Hamilton Writing Services chose to terminate all contact with [redacted] and move on. I was advised by my business coach and legal counsel that this action would be in the best interest of HWS.   Hamilton Writing Services did make many efforts to complete the services for [redacted]. However, in many instances delays occurred beyond my control and after repeated attempts to resolve the issues it was determined in both our best interests to move on. The refused refund was based on [redacted]’ actions by not signing his release. I'm sorry for this outcome with [redacted], however, at this time I no longer wish to work with him. I wish him well with future endeavors.  Respectfully,[redacted]

Hamilton Writing Services regrets client had such a negative experience and missed her designated deadline. Apologies were made to client regarding her name, and this writer attempted to work with the client to resolve issues, but these actions were rejected.  The initial resume and cover...

letter drafts were delivered on deadline meeting all the written terms of the client contract.  Based on urgency of need, client was alerted the materials were delivered. Client acknowledged receipt of materials, but waited 4 days before reviewing them and getting back to me about needed revisions via email, rather than calling me, which would have expedited update turnaround. After updates were made, revised drafts were returned to client. However, client didn't see her revised drafts in her Inbox for 5 days after delivery. This writer notified client of delivery of her revised drafts following on-time delivery of her second resume and cover letter.  Writer offered to work with client on any additional revisions but client did not follow-through. After receiving two resume and two cover letters, client requested a full refund, which was denied. Her materials were delivered on time, delays in client review on two occasions led to missed work posting deadlines, and Hamilton Writing Services did not materially breach the signed client contract. Payment upfront for writing services is an industry standard. Hamilton Writing Services provides full disclosure of services and contract terms, strives to work with each client to provide documents written with high quality and professionalism, and deliver all materials by designated deadlines as outlined on client contracts. I wish this client well.

Dear [redacted],

Thank you for alerting me that Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint against me on Aug. 18, 2014, regarding services canceled through my office, [redacted] Writing Services. I received your letter on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014.  Here are more details regarding this...

complaint:

Complaint ID#: [redacted]
Company Name:  [redacted] Writing Services
Contact Name: [redacted]
Contact Phone:  ###-###-####
Contact Email:  [redacted]
Person Who Sent the Complaint:  [redacted]
Revdex.com Staff Member:  [redacted]

At the time Mr. [redacted] filed the complaint, I had not yet seen it in my email box, nor did Mr. [redacted] allow me time to respond before filing with Revdex.com or posting elsewhere.  I've forwarded the series of emails I received from Mr. [redacted] on August 18. His initial email, which he forwarded to you, stated that I was unable to answer at that time and would respond within 24 hrs. This is a norm for business services. That particular day I was out of the office and couldn't respond. Because of business needs, I often work very late hours when I can respond to emails and complete work projects. However, Mr. [redacted] has an aversion to delays and demands immediate response to any correspondence or demand.

Upon seeing Mr. [redacted]'s first and second email I replied to Mr. [redacted]'s concern. He seem accusatory that I was responsible for his not receiving his refund, which I could understand but the issue of mail delivery is out of my control. Responding to Mr. [redacted]'s email, I stated that I wasn't aware that he hadn't received his refund. However, now that I was aware I would immediately and personally obtain a replacement check, stop payment on the first one, and ensure the postal service expedited his payment to him.

Unfortunately that didn't seem to be enough for Mr. [redacted]. He requested additional information that I believed unnecessary; I was concerned that any further information could be used to compromise my bank information. He was argumentative until I requested he sign a Client Release Form that stipulated he was released from my services and would not make disparaging comments about my business or business practices public in any way. He did not respond after that email. I now understand why.

On Aug. 19, 2014, I did obtain a cashier's check in Mr. [redacted]'s name for $350. I then took it to the post office and sent it Certified Priority Mail, Return Receipt Requested. I received the signed return receipt from Mr. [redacted] on August 22, showing he'd received his full refund on Thursday, August 21. A copy of that return receipt with Mr. [redacted]'s signature is attached.

Regarding Mr. [redacted]'s comments about my attending Career Fair in lieu of working on his project and designated writing days. For over 25 years [redacted] Writing Service has attended Career Fairs to provide free resume reviews for the unemployed in attendance in an effort to provide tips and suggestions to strengthen their resume. Many of those people have contacted me telling me these tips, when applied, increased the number of their interviews, and in many cases helped get jobs that had been eluding them for up to 3 years. This business travel and commitment does not impact designated writing days, which are altered according to my travel schedule.  Clients are informed of this business travel at the time we close the sale and a deadline is established for delivery of draft materials.

Full payment of writing services is aligned with the business model for resume writing services. It is a norm within my industry to collect payment in full for hired writing services. I adhere to this practice to allow faster delivery of completed drats to clients and fewer delays for them to receive their drafts allowing faster completion of their materials for job search purposes. It is also written in the signed contract between [redacted] Writing Services and the client that [redacted] Writing Services is under no obligation to refund clients if services have been started and includes time spent for the information gathering interview. Mr. [redacted] had been given approximately 2 hrs of time during his information interview. However, [redacted] Writing Services will work with clients to resolve issues.

Please let me know if you require any further information. I'm happy to provide whatever information I can regarding this matter. I considered it closed on August 22, after receipt of Mr. [redacted]'s signed return receipt showing he'd received his full refund.

I wish Mr. [redacted] well and hope he has or will find a resume writer who will meet his immediate demands and satisfy his resume writing needs.

Best regards,

Mr. [redacted], hereforafter referred to as “Client”, breached his own promise to provide information to this writer by an initial due date to allow the writer to complete the draft, erred in the original due date for his desired job post, and cancelled his contract and services before delivery of...

the initial resume draft. Missed deadlines based on the client’s behavior are not considered a material breach of the client contract by this writer. This writer contends that the non-delivery of services are due to client’s non-compliance to his own demands, not the fault of this writer and his personal cancellation of services. Writer requested client to send details of job information by end of day Jan. 31 to complete initial drafts so client could meet a job posting date of Feb. 5. Client originally thought posting date was Feb. 10, but writer noticed the 5 days earlier due date. Client sent his information on Feb. 2, delaying the drafts by 36 hrs. Further review of client information revealed a need for a complex rewrite complicating the delivery of the initial draft. Draft was in process when client cancelled the original request on Feb. 5. On Feb. 10, client again cancelled all work on a resume draft and demanded an immediate refund. This writer agreed to refund the client in full within 15 days following the completion of a client release form allowing his release from the No Refund policy in client contract. Client notified writer on Feb. 18 that he refuses to sign this release form, is not obligated to do so, and immediately demanded a refund. His delay in responding to writer about release for refund followed by Revdex.com negative review and intimidation of small claims court and bullying tactics to demand a faster refund turnaround are considered a lack of professionalism on his part. Writer hadn't even replied to client on Feb. 18 before client submitted negative complaint to Revdex.com. Writer agreed to refund client and will do so within 15 daysas per policy. Writer maintains a no refund clause in client contract and is not obligated to refund client since work was in process on draft, His negative comments and threats are being referred to this writer’s legal counsel of further consideration.

I am rejecting this response because:she didn't follow through and has a known written history as noted by other reviews of people that paid her. Along with a timeline verified by email. She's also tried bullying me via a lawyer and refused any attempt to resolve the matters by blaming me for her inabilites to produce promised work in the promised timeframe given not matching her supposed written agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:
.....of dishonest statements regarding this issue which could harm other "clients" this business my acquire and that future clients may need to be aware about. ( I did receive a full refund.)
Regarding the statements in the businesses return of complaint;
"At the time Mr. [redacted] filed
the complaint, I had not yet seen it in my email box, nor did Mr. [redacted] allow
me time to respond before filing with Revdex.com or posting elsewhere."
When I had mentioned that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com because she did not meet the deadline for my refund, she stated that if I had to do it that was my choice. (See July 30th Email in the attached.) Now she is stating I did not give her a chance to respond? I was told it was my choice.
"However, Mr. [redacted] has an aversion to delays and demands immediate response to any correspondence or demand. . However, Mr. [redacted] has an aversion to delays and demands immediate response to any correspondence or
demand."
After Ms. [redacted] had promised three times that my project would be supplied to me in draft form which she did not meet, I would wait from a couple of days to a week before checking in again on my project. Earlier emails prove this. This doesn't include Ms. [redacted]s promise date regarding my refund when she said I could "take action". I believe shortening the time frame was in order as from prior experiences I had not received any communication that my "draft" was being delayed until I inquired. I had no choice but to keep communication open by any means possible if I were to receive a refund.

"I stated that I wasn't aware that he hadn't received his refund. However, now that I was aware I would immediately and personally obtain a replacement check, stop payment on the first one, and ensure the postal service expedited his payment to him. Unfortunately that didn't seem to be enough for Mr. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] did state that a check and a replacement was sent. However I asked for the check Number and Date of the check that was sent becuase; 1) to she if she was being honest that she sent a refund (which still has not shown up) and she did not reply to this request only to lead me to believe that it was a lie. Maybe she can send the information to you? How is that request compromising a checking account? And; 2) if both showed up and there was a stop payment on one, how would I know which one to deposit?

Please have Ms. [redacted] supply proof of me being argumentative, I had to make solid statements as if they were "exhibit" emails that were going to be used if I had to file a court action. I had posted about her bad services on a site PREVIOUSLY to receiving a "Client Release". Ms. [redacted] only sent that after the fact becuase my review was true and honest and by sending that relase AFTER the posts only shows that my reviews are correct. There was nothing to respond to. It was already done and I had no refund for the services that were not provided. After Ms. [redacted]s reply posts now, "I can see why".

"This business travel and commitment does not impact designated writing days"......(Career Fair)

Ms. [redacted], (see the Email from Thursday, July 24th in the attached), stated that she sets aside days dedicated to "writing". This Fair was one one of those days and Ms. [redacted] stated this to me as one of the causes as to not being able to work on my project. And then went on to promise "no further delays". Well, as we now know, I had to check in again with money out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Refer to email of Wednesday July 30th in the attached for descriptive outline of broken promises.

Only AFTER I went to the lengths that I had to, did I receive my refund. This, after numerous broken promises. Although it should be noted that I finally received my refund, it should also be noted that consumers should be warned about this establishment. What if it had been an out of work "bread winner" for a family or a starving student who would have been out of pocket and had not had the resources to stand up to this business? The business is trying to cover for themselves to which I have the hardcopy facts regarding its faults.

Best Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Not sure how  technical issues stop you from writing an resume and cover letter but you can send emails confirming next dates. I was continuously offered dates of completions and they were missed every time. May 2nd, Hi [redacted],Your drafts will be coming by May 11 at the latest. Thank you for the email with your job description. Most of my resumes are results-oriented marketing tools rather than duty-oriented reviews. I'll draw upon the notes I gathered from our information interview, but may refer to your job description if needed. I'll scan it to see if it includes any results-from tasks you had and actions you took. Employers want you to show them your success through specific examples of results-oriented actions rather than merely review your duties description.I'll be in touch.Best,May 12th,Hi [redacted],  I had a personal emergency May 3 that delayed some projects. It pushed back some deadlines. I'll see if I can get your materials out by Wednesday the 13th or Thursday the 14th. Sorry for the delay.  Multiple projects were affected. Thanks for your patience.[redacted] July 22ndHello [redacted],I'll get your resume completed and send a draft to you no later than July 28, next Tuesday. It may come sooner, but the projection deadline at least allows time to re-review the information to refresh my memory on your talents and create the documents.Thank you for your patience. I look forward to sending your drafts for review.Best regards,[redacted]July 29thHi [redacted],Check your SPAM folder. If it didn't come through I'll have to see what happened. I have an Internet provider that creates a lot of technical issues; had to shut down last week during a client interview because of malware attacks over the server. I'll make sure something comes through for you. Thanks for letting me know, [redacted].[redacted] July 30thShould be done today. I've had to deal with some personal issues of late relating to a car accident that occurred last month and the police report was just released. It demanded a lot of time but things appear to be under control. Also learned yesterday that another client had issues with sending me information via Gmail, so there have been issues with sending/receiving emails. You'll get your materials, [redacted]. Hang in there. My policy is still 10-15 business days and although you've returned, I'm working on clients in the order in which they arrive barring any technical issues or personal emergencies. Thank you for your patience. Aug 4thIf it doesn't come today I'll get it to you Thursday. Tuesday and Thursday are designated writing days when I complete projects. I'm working on projects today and hope to complete yours today, otherwise it will be sent on Thursday sometime. Aug 7th Hi [redacted],[redacted] went down without notice so it delayed delivery of multiple projects.  I'll get it to you as soon as possible barring any more [redacted] tech issues.  They gave no reason and it impacted my timelines.Sorry for the inconvenience.  Thanks for your patience.[redacted]  Aug 18th Hi [redacted],Thanks for checking in. I've been dealing with a number of personal issues that cut into writing times. It's been rather frustrating for everyone.I'm shooting to get your drafts delivered by Thursday. Barring any further medical emergencies we should be good to go.Looking forward to completing your drafts for review.Have a great evening.  Aug 21Hi [redacted]I'm hoping to complete it tonight and get drafts to you late. Thanks for checking in.[redacted] Aug 27th[redacted], I'll have it done Saturday, if not tomorrow night. I'm completing a lot of projects and yours in in the line-up. It will be done by or before Saturday. I'll guarantee that barring any medical or technical issues that come up.[redacted] did not tell me my contract was broken and that she would not complete my resume just kept missing deadlines. if you internet is down and that is your tech issue there are other ways to get a resume we could meet again, you could go to fedex, you could mail it tons of different ways I do not see that as an excuse.  I think you can see my frustration with due dates and missing all of them.

Are you aware she did not provide what she made clear that she would provide services by a certain time frame and did not do so and also provided a resume that was not including the materials I gave her and expected per our conversations on both meeting and interview via phone ? I asked for the copies and I have not been able to revise them or make changes on PDF format to have them suit other job opportunities. I don't see how based on the documents and emails that she provided the job based on payment made.

Review: THIS BUSINESS IS NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED.

I will warn you, she talks a good game. At first. I consulted her February 1st. I specifically told her I needed a resume for a position at [redacted], she quoted a 5 day turnaround from the time of interview. She demanded 330 upfront, for 2 cover letters and 2 resumes. When we spoke, she "knew all about [redacted] and the position" I was applying for. I paid her and found her attention to details severely lacking, right away. I provided her my 2 most recent resumes in hand to help give her details. The payment confirmation email spelled my name wrong. So the following week, she was 10 minutes late for her own required phone interview with me, even though I received a warning reminder from her. Again I repeated information already on 2 hard copy resumes I handed her the prior week.

She failed to pay attention to information I gave her on my resume she had in person, she is a smooth and fast talker but lacks attention necessary when "writing". After I emailed asking about turn around again, she then told me, 5 days but not weekends, and if it falls on a Mon, Wed or Friday it needs an "extra day". Um, not mentioned when we spoke, again I paid for the resume to have it quickly, so I could apply for a position immediately available. So on the next email she spelled my name wrong, with the excuse she is so busy she had clients with similar names. I am nowhere close to a [redacted].

So again I checked up, and she provided a half assed resume, without the correct position title name in the cover letter,(she made an excuse about not knowing the correct position title) But said she used to work for them. How does she get details wrong if she knows all about a company? and left off exactly what I told her I needed which was my phone call center experience. Because that was the position I was now applying for. So now she messed up the cover letter and my partialDesired Settlement: I want an apology and refund. SHe is dishonest in her advertising as well. I paid up front and she didn't do the job in the timeframe she agreed she could do. I was not able to fill in my full explanation of her scam. She has a history if you can see the other reviews she has tried to get removed from [redacted] and [redacted].

I will try to insert the rest here.

I will warn you, she talks a good game. At first. I consulted her February 1st. I specifically told her I needed a resume for a position at .

Hamilton Writing Services regrets client had such a negative experience and missed her designated deadline. Apologies were made to client regarding her name, and this writer attempted to work with the client to resolve issues, but these actions were rejected. The initial resume and cover letter drafts were delivered on deadline meeting all the written terms of the client contract.

Response:

Dear [redacted],I’m writing in response to the ongoing complaint against Hamilton Writing Services by [redacted], Complaint #[redacted]. Let me address each of her issues individually. Ms. [redacted] and I met for her free consultation Feb. 1, 2016. When sending her an automated appointment reminder, I misspelled her name. Later in an email, I called her [redacted]. I apologized to her for both of these issues but apparently she has not accepted that apology. Many times I’m working multiple projects at one time and have several clients named [redacted] and [redacted]. In addition, when Ms. [redacted] sent me emails, she didn’t identify herself and her email address only states *…[redacted]. It was difficult to know which client she was. Again, I apologize for not spending the time to locate her file and get her exact name and spelling. Ms. [redacted] mentioned at her free consultation she wanted a functional resume. I highly discouraged this and stated in the Sacramento area these formats do not provide results for the job searcher. I’ve interviewed hundreds of Sacramento recruiters, employers and hiring managers. Each said they do not want a functional resume but a more comprehensive format that shows exactly where experience and accomplishments are attained. This client acknowledged this information and led this write to believe she accepted this and would accepted what I provided for her. Functional resumes are also noted for covering holes in employment history, hiding experience or required skills desired by the potential employer, and raise red flags and suspicions among hiring managers and employers. Many job seekers say companies have rejected functional formats requiring rewrites. To ensure this client obtained the best opportunity for an interview, I said I would provide a comprehensive resume not a functional format. The former was provided to her. This client signed her client contract on Feb. 3, 2016. I’ve provided a copy. The designated deadline for her IT resume is clearly written within scope of work as a 5-business-day delivery following completion of her Feb. 3, personal strategy session. Her IT resume draft was delivered on time per this designated deadline. Because of the time sensitivity for this issue, I contacted the client mid-morning to alert her to its delivery. She acknowledged receipt and said she’s get back to me. Because it was time sensitive and she’d been contacting me about delivery, my expectation was she would review it that mid-morning, early afternoon, get back to me with reviews, updates could be made, and she could meet her time sensitive deadline. Instead, client waited 4 days before contacting me with her revisions. This prevented this service from meeting her 5-day delivery based on the fact that it was now 9-days and updates would need be made. Upon making the updates, this writer delivered the revised draft, and client didn’t review this revised draft for another 5 days. In all, 14 days transpired between on-time delivery of her IT resume draft preventing this writer to meet her 5-day turnaround. Her delays were beyond the control of this writing service. Note it the series of emails to client she acknowledges receipt of her IT completed resume on Feb. 21, yet on Feb. 25 she complains that she hasn’t received the completed documents. On Feb. 25, she is later told that her documents were forwarded to her on Feb. 20. There is question as to her discrepancy of acknowledgement on Feb. 21, and then statement of non-receipt on Feb. 25. Client had demanded her previous call center experience be included on the resume. The time frame of experience covered on most resumes is 10-12 years. The client’s call center experience was between 12-16 years ago. This information was omitted initially due to timelines. Note: this writer has over 18 years’ experience in call centers, including working in professional relations for [redacted]. Due to technology changes and downsizing, it may not serve the client well to list experience over 10-12 years old. Upon her insistence, I did include the call center experience in her revised resume (copy provided) and outlined the items of importance to call centers. Client received her 2nd resume on time per her designated delivery date on the client contract. At the time of receipt, she complained about not receiving her IT resume draft and was alerted it had been delivered 5-days earlier. Client consistently claims her IT resume didn’t meet her demanded 5-day turnaround. Her draft was delivered on time per details in client contract. However, completion was delayed based on client’s delays in reviewing revised materials sent to her multiple times. Attorney’s letter was sent once. It verified the timelines of delivery of drafts and delays in client review to allow delivery of completed documents. The delays prevented delivery of a completed IT resume within 5 days, those delays were beyond the control of this writer and made it impossible to meet this client’s demands. Deadlines and format styles were explained to the client at the signing of the client contract. Additional information to support the client and provide insight into coaching offered and resume reviews were delivered by email, and consistently rejected by client. This writer made every effort to work with this client to meet her delivery deadlines, resume content and help her meet her timesensitive deadlines. This was supported by a neutral attorney contracted to review facts and present his findings to the client. His letter is included. The writer went above and beyond for this client to help her achieve her goals. Delays prevented completion by her demanded delays, but writer did not materially breach the written, signed contract provided client. No refund will be provided this client. Since March 31, this client has contacted this writer four times to receive copies of her resumes and cover letters and has been sent all copies each time, well before April 7. This writer will work with the client to make additional revisions, but no refund will be offered since all materials a been received multiple times. I hope this addresses each issue. If not, please let me know. Best Regards, [redacted]

Response:

Are you aware she did not provide what she made clear that she would provide services by a certain time frame and did not do so and also provided a resume that was not including the materials I gave her and expected per our conversations on both meeting and interview via phone ? I asked for the copies and I have not been able to revise them or make changes on PDF format to have them suit other job opportunities. I don't see how based on the documents and emails that she provided the job based on payment made.

Review: [redacted] was contracted to produce a resume. To date, which almost 4 weeks later, none has been provided in either draft format and finalized format. [redacted] has requested numerous delays to complete said resume. However, each deadline has passed without resume provided.

I paid $275.00 services and did not receive my resume.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $275.00 . Be advised as of this compliant I still have not received any services as stated.

Mr. [redacted], hereforafter referred to as “Client”, breached his own promise to provide information to this writer by an initial due date to allow the writer to complete the draft, erred in the original due date for his desired job post, and cancelled his contract and services before delivery of the initial resume draft.

Review: I contacted the business to professionally write a resume for me based on my experience. We had a written agreement in place. The business required payment up front to which I submitted and the check was cashed. We did a phone interview for my information. The first due date for the "draft" came and went. The business was always quick to respond via email. Thus, when I inquired I was met with an apology and another due date. That date came and went. Another inquiry via eamil was met with another promise of a due date for the draft and this time was guarenteed, no more delays. That date came and went.Enough was enough and asked for a refund. This business/individual agreed to have it to me by a certain date. That due date has come and has now passed.Desired Settlement: Immediate issuance of the full refund amount as agreed. I have all the email exhibits of the broken promises.

Dear [redacted],

Review: [redacted] is not giving me any customer service. She is not answering her phone or calling me back. She is not keeping her word. She promised me my resume in one week, maximum 10days. I asked her why the contract said 7-15 days and she told me not to worry about that, she would have it done sooner. She took all of my money and not won't deliver. She sent me a templet to fill out that does now work correctly. I tried to send her the information by email and she would not accept it. So, now I am left with no way to get the proper information to her. Her templet does not have enough room for all of the information. She won't accept my calls for emails. She was 45 minutes late for out initial appointment and 20 minutes late for out phone interview. She was 3 days late sending me the information templet and not says that I have to wait 15 days from her being 3 days late. I feel that she is scamming me; I can't get this resolved with her.Desired Settlement: I would like this resume by the time she promised me and not 15 days from her being 3 days late with equals out 18 days.

I am writing to reiterate that on Nov. 11, [redacted] and I resolved our issues regarding his resume and cover letter services. His was a misunderstanding in working with a writer who uses contracts and the terms of the contracts.

Review: I worked with [redacted] over two months to try and get a resume and cover letter. Repeatedly she said she would have it and never produced anything. [redacted] was not proactive to tell me about the delays rather I would have to check in with her. Finally I had enough and asked for a refund. She would only refund my money if I filled out a form that I was not comfortable feeling out. I then went to my back to try and get a refund. Since [redacted] did offered a refund they would not. I then went back to [redacted] asking for her to continue on with my resume and cover letter. She then did the same thing over the next two months. She never once notified me of canceling any services with me. I have all of my emails and would like someone from the Revdex.com to read them all.Desired Settlement: Really I would just like people to know they may not get a product they paid for. I paid 100 percent of it upfront. There are other people on [redacted] review, and [redacted] that had similar experience. If possible I would like a refund but I doubt I would see anything.

Hamilton Writing Services works under contract with every client to protect both parties by detailing the scope of work outlined for the price paid by the client. The client is asked to carefully review the terms of the contract before signing to ensure clear understanding of all aspects of the scope of work and terms of agreement.

Thanks for letting me know, [redacted] July 30thShould be done today. Aug 7th Hi [redacted] went down without notice so it delayed delivery of multiple projects.
