I lived there from August - September This apartment complex was nothing but issuesThe apartment manager is rude and will not do her jobThe first day of living here the maintenance flooded my apartment by trying to fix a leaking sink but not properly shutting the water off and ruining all of my brand new toilet paper w no reimbursementMultiple police calls on our downstairs neighbor due to noise complaints, would call them the next day to add to the fileThey wouldn't do so, and acted as if it was an issue we didn't want to hear his music at 3amThis got to the point where the neighbor was harassing me and screaming at me calling me a c [redacted] because of the complaints, putting bags of rotten seafood at my door (which the apartment complex acknowledged he probably did because he supposedly called in about the bag of seafood on HIS floor not even an hour before I called) and vandalizing my carStill nothing was doneWe only had one toilet, which continually clogged to the point where we would not flush toilet paper because they would not fix itIt got to the point where we needed them to come fix it, and it was a holiday weekendWhen you call their number it lists when one toilet is broken that it is an emergency maintenance issueWhen I asked the apartment manager to get someone in to fix it she told me they were gone for the weekend and that I had to just use the bathroom and not flush until MondayWhich is a health code violationThere was multiple instances where they messed up the rent, and then tried to charge me late fees, even with confirmation emails being forwarded to them letting them know rent was paid they still made me pay $dollars extra and would only credit my rent for the following month, which when on a budget, is absurdAfter a year of complaints with no resolution they decided to then tell us we could not be month to month and could not sign a new leaseBasically kicking us out to be homelessWith a nasty attitude the entire timeContinually make snide comments, to the point I was glad they were kicking us outEspecially when I found an apartment for 50$ more a month that is tripled in the sizeIn all of my years of renting with apartment complexes I have never been talked down to with such disrespect, robbed, and left with almost no options in my entire lifeAll because the apartment manager was friends with the downstairs neighborDo not move here
