We were surprised to receive this complaint, since we have been working with The [redacted] attorney to come to a resolution since January 22, Roman"">In regards to the damage to sprinkler heads, septic tank lid, and grassThis is expected when completing a significant renovation requiring heavy equipment accesses the backyardHamlin Pools used the access provided and discussed before the renovation began [redacted] knew we would be bringing heavy equipment in the areaWe were first notified of these damages by his attorney on January 22nd and we have already agreed to repair the damages, however we are on hold until further notice from his attorney The plaster did have some dirt and organic stains due to dirt blowing in the pool before, during and after it was plasteredOur tech was in the process of removing the stains with many of them were removed before [redacted] told him to stop because he didn't like the way they were being removedWe will still remove the stains once approved by [redacted] attorney The geyser does lose pressure over time because water flow is reduced as the skimmers get plugged with leaves from the oak tree overheadAs this skimmer baskets are cleaned the geyser continues to work as intendedThis has been explained to the attorney, but we are awaiting notice to proceed Our representative did order and have the improper tile installedOnce realized, the proper tile was ordered and installed at no charge to the customer We are not certain how [redacted] knows the age of the glue used Multiple supervisors were on site throughout the renovation of the swimming pool as well as owners of Hamlin Pools on a few occasions Hamlin pools installed the decking within the guidelines of the [redacted] There is the occasional loose paver that appears, this is due to the settling of the groundOnce the product is paid in full, the customer has a year warranty for shifting paversHamlin Pools has agreed to address any loose pavers, however we are awaiting direction from his attorney We are Certified Plaster Installers, we have Certified Start Up-Technicians on staff (one of which was assigned to this project)We are also Certified by the [redacted] to build and renovate swimming poolsProper procedures were followed A partial payment, that was not fulfilling the original contract was received on 12-14-Despite being in breach of contract at that time, Hamlin Pools did agree to move forward and plaster the pool to make our customer happyHamlin Pools arrived on 12-to continue working and plastered the swimming pool on 12-17-Hamlin Pools was on site for many days following as we got the equipment running on the swimming pool As of -25-it has been week since we have heard from the [redacted] attorneyWe are awaiting direction from him

are not certain how [redacted] knows the age of the glue used. 
Multiple
supervisors were on site throughout the renovation of the swimming pool as
well as 2 owners of Hamlin Pools on a few occasions.
Hamlin
pools installed the decking within the guidelines of the [redacted]. There is the occasional loose
paver that appears, this is due to the normal settling of the ground. Once
the product is paid in full, the customer has a 2 year warranty for
shifting pavers. Hamlin Pools has agreed to address any loose pavers,
however we are awaiting direction from his attorney.
We
are Certified Plaster Installers, we have 2 Certified Start Up-Technicians
on staff (one of which was assigned to this project). We are also
Certified by the [redacted] to build and
renovate swimming pools. Proper procedures were followed.
A
partial payment, that was not fulfilling the original contract was received
on 12-14-2016. Despite being in breach of contract at that time, Hamlin
Pools did agree to move forward and plaster the pool to make our customer
happy. Hamlin Pools arrived on 12-15 to continue working and plastered the
swimming pool on 12-17-2016. Hamlin Pools was on site for many days
following as we got the equipment running on the swimming pool.
As of 2 -25-2016 it has been 1 week since we have heard from the
[redacted] attorney. We are awaiting direction from him.
