This property manager is unprofessional, insulting, and runs a poor businessI would warn all to not use their services I received a notice in the mail that my rent would increase only days before it was supposed to go into effectI did not check my mail prior to the start of the monthWhen I called about it, the owner indicated that it had not gone into effect for the month indicated on the letter but would for the nextI requested the required minimum days notice and was threatened and told if I requested days notice the rent would be raised much more in a few monthsI asked for the days and turned in my lease termination a month afterward Apparently this angered the owner, as he decided to have the entire carpet replaced in my apartment needlessly, taking most of my security depositI would understand a room, or a hallway maybe, but the entire carpet certainly did not need replacingThis company and the owner especially do not run their business with integrity

I requested the required minimum 30 days notice and was threatened and told if I requested 30 days notice the rent would be raised much more in a few months. I asked for the 30 days and turned in my lease termination a month afterward.
