2/29/called HAMM for price to pump Gal holding tank$Truck arrived and "pumped" tankDriver entered home and said price was $When told price quoted on phone he said difference was because our tank was to fullPaid $cash and $checkCalled office and was told they were not interested in discussing the matter and their driver had only turned in $We do have receipt for $465.00.Forty two days have elapsed and the tank is overflowing which means the tank was never pumped
I am writing this review in praise of Hamm SepticI contracted Hamm to do both the septic design and installation of a complete new septic systemMy overall experience has been very positiveI can't say enough about their service I was notified every step of the way as to the status of the design , its approval and scheduling of the installAfter the install our yard looked better than it did to start which was an added bonus Not once did I have to call and check on the statusThe office was efficient in providing me w/ copies of all state and local approvals and my emails were answered promptly ( many within minutes ) in a friendly and helpful mannerI would strongly recommend this company
