-My interest rate went up while waiting for them to process my loan application? yesby .25%We actually had to ask for MULTIPLE extensions because of the lender(but of course, it wasnt becuase of themin their view)

They sent the packet for signing with 3-duplicates yet all pages that were needed were not in the packetSo, they had to resend a new packet for signingThey couldnt do that though, because like always, they had issues with the systems and couldnt print itSo they finally re-sent the following dayThere were at LEAST pages in second packet that were not in the initial oneCome the following day, they wouldnt give auth of funding until another page was signedWhy wasn't it signed with the rest of the packet? I initialled it becuase there was no place specified for a signatureYet another incompetent mistake from the LenderIf you try to confront them about not having everything done in a timely manner, or their lack of communication with you during the process, they will deny it all and do nothing to correct or improve the issueEven with all the times they messed up at closing, they have YET to apologize for the continuous errors and back and forth that was caused by themThey are ERRORLESSTerrible co to process your mortgage withI will not recommend anyone to use this coIf I wasnt already so far in the process with them, I would have used someone else
