On January 23, 2017, I purchased a vehicle from *** MOtors at *** ERand Road in Des PlainesIncluded with that purchase was a purchase of the "VIP AGREEMENAT", which is full vehicle details per months (attached)
Upon calling and requesting this service for a Saturday, they told me that they "have no plan to honor that contract" and won't perform the service on weekends
No where on the contract is it date-of-the-week specificHad I known this, I would not have paid $1,for it
They are refusing to honor the contract and instead attempting to change the terms after taking my payment
