Im sorry that Ideal Cars was not able to approve you at the estimated rate Once a credit application and stipulations were collected, you no longer qualified for that deal The altered water bill from the year that was submitted with your application nullified the chances of the approval Ideal Cars was able to obtain another loan for you under different terms, that you were not satisfied withIm sorry that those terms do not meet or exceed your expectations Many factors play a role in the approval of a loan, no loan is the same for everybody

send me my shipping money back or take the truck back because I'm not happy with it

After my mechanic checked the car over and I contacted Ideal Cars about the A/C compressor and rear brake problems, I got no reply from them and so I checked the Ideal Cars Revdex.com rating...which I should have done before I even looked at any of their cars....and it was an F At that point, I didn't hold out much hope of getting a response from my complaint to the Revdex.com Therefore the repairs were done by Advance Auto which totaled $1,843.49.....parts = $1,049.48, labor = $709.00, and sales tax = $ However, I'm glad to hear that Ideal Cars responded to my complaint and offered to do the repair work for their cost But since the repairs have already been done, I'd accept as a settlement of my complaint by their reimbursement to me for the cost of the parts ($1,049.48) and sales tax ($85.01) = $1,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We appreciate the dealer’s willingness to repair the car to meet the standards required The dealer expresses concern over their mechanic’s repair work and even states they will not be using him again We would like the catalytic converter system repaired but would not be comfortable either using the same mechanic that had poor workmanship and jerry-rigged the emissions system of the car originally A Nissan mechanic has inspected the car and we have a report in writing that states the car needs a new catalytic converter on side Since the car is a Nissan, we would want it repaired with Nissan parts and according to Nissan standards We would not accept after-market parts The dealer would be able to choose another certified mechanic to do the work and they can secure the appropriate parts that meet these standardsWe would want to be able to ensure the car has been repaired accordingly, would pass emissions and be operating legally under the EPA laws after its repair unlike its current stateWe are also concerned because we have not received the title in our name or any plates for the car to date as the dealer had stated and want to make sure everything is in order as well It has been weeks since purchasing and we were told we would have this within 2-weeksWe want to keep the car for repair and not sell it back to the dealer Other than the catalytic converter issue we have been told by certified mechanics it is a good car Regards, [redacted]

When Mr. E [redacted] purchased the 2001 Isuzu Trooper from Ideal Cars on 5/8/2017, the vehicle had 99,741 miles. When Mr. E [redacted] brought his vehicle in for the engine noise, the vehicle had 101,535 miles, 1,794 miles more.Just as the paperwork signed by Mr. E***, as well as the Arizona Attorney Generals... website states, “Used cars in Arizona are sold with an implied warranty of merchantability that applies to every used car sale (although a specific defect may not be covered if it is spelled out in writing). This law is found at A.R.S. § 44-1267 (link is external). The implied warranty lasts fifteen days or 500 miles, whichever comes first.”Mr. E [redacted] had surpassed the implied warranty of merchantability by 1,194 miles. Upon inspection of the vehicle, Ideal Cars found that the engine had not been properly lubricated. The engine was low on oil by about 4 quarts, causing internal damage to the engine.Proper maintenance of the vehicle would have prevented the required repairs. We are truly sorry that Mr. E [redacted] has experienced these issues with the vehicle he purchased from us. However, Ideal Cars must hold Mr. E [redacted] to the same responsibility as all of our customers. Nothing negates nor extends the implied warranty of merchantability.why here...

Before Roger purchased this vehicle he sent his son in to check the vehicle out. Rogers son drove it and another vehicle and decided to recommend the Lincoln to his father. I personally spoke to Roger's son who expressed the front brakes were squeeling while on the test drive.
Ideal Cars gladly replaced the front brakes before the purchase took place. Roger picked up the vehicle and was content with his purchase until the vehicle was taken to his mechanic. As with all mechanics, Roger paid him to find what was wrong with the vehicle, and like all used vehicles, he recommended the rear brakes and a new a/c compressor based on the knowledge that Ideal Cars "charged" the air conditioning. Rogers mechanic is a professional, who makes money repairing vehicles, and is making plenty on the estimate given to Roger. Ideal Cars understands this and is willing to offer the repairs on his vehicle at cost, much less than the estimate received. Please feel free to call our service department and schedule a time to drop the vehicle off to get this taken care of

I am as shocked as you are about the quality of work the muffler shop did on the catalytic converter. I will no longer work with that shop but would love the opportunity to take your vehicle back to them to repair what I paid them to do in the first place. If you would rather, you may
choose to return the vehicle to us for a full refund. I am sorry this has happened and want to be sure we can make this right

Mr *** purchased a Nissan Armada from Ideal Cars on April 6, Mr *** resides in Ohio, Ideal Cars is located in Mesa, Arizona Mr*** was aware that the vehicle was being sold and Ideal Cars recommended that he have the vehicle inspected prior
to purchase (see attached) Mr*** sent his aunt and uncle, Mrand Mrs***, who live locally, to inspect the vehicle The *** inspected, and drove this vehicle on different occasions for Mr***, giving the go ahead to Mr*** I have checked the advertisement for this vehicle and included a copy of it Ideal Cars advertised it exactly as it is, passenger, and not a 4x I am sorry this was not what Mr*** expected or wanted, however, given the inspections, and the advertisement for the vehicle, Ideal Cars has done nothing wrong Ideal Cars is willing to find a used middle seat for Mr***, so that he can have it installed, giving him a bench seat

We are referring to ** statute 44-1267: which is not limited to powertrainUsed motor vehicles; title; implied warranty of merchantability disclaimer; waiver; burden of proof; remedies. It states the following:“For the purposes of this section, the implied warranty of merchantability is met if the motor vehicle functions in a safe condition as provided in title 28, chapter 3, article and is substantially free of any defect that significantly limits the use of the motor vehicle for the ordinary purpose of transportation on any public highway.” Since this car’s catalytic system has been compromised, cannot pass emissions, cannot get license plates, and is not able to operate as it is meant to without causing the “engine light” to come on, it cannot be driven for any distance without risk to the engine and its operation and it is a safety concern when the car is not reliable for ordinary transportation It states “any defect” that significantly limits use This vehicle is not safe for ordinary highway travel and ordinary use without causing damage to the engineThe law goes onto say that the dealer has chances to remedy the situation and fix the problem accordingly We are very skeptical of the mechanic the dealer is using due to the fact that he jerry-rigged the catalytic system in the first place Dealer stated that they do not trust him eitherUsing this mechanic could also mean that the dealer has to repeat this repair again due to the possibility of not being fixed correctly We would want to be able to verify the system was fixed according to Nissan protocol. As of now, the car cannot pass emissions and has not passed emissions as the dealer stated I have gone to the ** *** emissions records and as of today, June 1, 2015, they cannot verify any emissions testing being done on the car since 4/10/ Dealer stated the car had passed emissions but in its current state with the catalytic converter it cannot and they cannot provide proof in writing that it has We are unable to get plates for the vehicle which makes it “not safe for ordinary purpose of transportation on any public highway.” We cannot do this until we can have it pass emissions testing We basically have a car that is not legal to drive on a public road once the temporary tag is expired. This is a two-fold problem The system needs to be repaired with a reputable mechanic and not the one the dealer used due to the fact this mechanic has not proven himself to be qualified and trustworthy We must be able to verify quality of parts used and that it is fixed according to Nissan standards, can pass emissions and we can get license plates for the car so it is road-worthy Returning the car to the dealer to “unwind the deal” is not what we want As I have stated previously, it is a good car except for the emissions system If the dealer will honor their end of the agreement to fix according to Nissan standards with a trustworthy mechanic, have it pass emissions so we can get plates and have it be road-worthy we can all move on. Thank you again for the opportunity to respond Please let me know if you have any questions

Customer has been refunded the full amount paid for the motorcycle. We are very sorry for all the confusion

No one from this dealership has contacted me to schedule the repair of the windshield that can now be done at no cost to me without trying to involve my insurance company suddenlySince it's listed in the response the company is clearly aware & no attempt has been made on their part whatsoever to even get that repairedThe repairs needed for this vehicle were listed in the original complaint & shown to the sales manager so it seems very questionable that that the supposedly discounted price is not being disclosed in the response to avoid any further issuesThis vehicle was sold at a price that suggests that it is completely fine, not the fair Kelley Blue Price that it should have beenAfter paying $7,for car, finding out that if will take another $3,to keep it running safely is a terrible jokeIf the repairs can be done at such a low cost then why weren't the repairs done prior to sale of the vehicle & why is the supposed resolution to ask for more money from me, knowing full well this wrongI've stated clearly twice that after the interaction I've had with the acting service manager that I do not trust Ideal Cars to do the repairs on the car & it needs to be done by a reputable mechanicDuring the purchase of the vehicle I signed paperwork at different desks- I started at the finance manager,*** desk & then I was moved to woman that sits behind him- neither one of them offers an extended warranty or even mentioned that vehicle could be inspected prior to purchase off site by another mechanicWhen I spoke to their acting service manager last month he stated that repairs on the vehicle were considered maintenance on the car so what extended warranty covers that? Bottom line- this is not a solutionAsking me to cover the cost of repairs for a car that left their lot in this condition is insultingAll the signed documents from the entire deal can be postedIt does not change the fact the this is a very shady way to conduct business

For some reason your software is not allowing me to write my rebutal in fullI have put it in a 2nd word doc and attached it to this emailPlease contact me if that is not viableThere are attachments to this email.Regards, Larry E***

As stated in all the paperwork signed at the time of sale, Ideal Cars does not warranty used vehicle except under the day or mile implied power-train warranty. *** signed the paperwork acknowledging this at the time of sale including a list of "possible defects that may occur in used
motor vehicles", including oil leaks. For this purpose Ideal Cars offers every customer the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty to cover the items not covered under the implied warranty. Ideal Cars also allows our customers to take any vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection prior to purchase. *** chose to purchase the vehicle as-is. We understand that all vehicles need repairs at one time or another. We have mechanics on hand days a week to help with any problems our customers have at a discounted rate. *** may call at any time to schedule an appointment and get her vehicle repaired, we will repair it as best and cost effective for her that we can

Im sorry, there is no law or requirement to replace parts using factory parts, just as the tires and many other parts on your vehicle are not from Nissan. The muffler shop I used will repair the vehicle to "EPA" standards using aftermarket parts. They are not "my mechanic" but a shop I used, therefor they should be the ones to correct the problem If this is not ok for you, I will gladly return your money and unwind the deal. Under the "Implied" warranty, there is a day or mile POWERTRAIN warranty on the vehicle, this does not include the issue you are having with the catalytic converter, however, as you can see, I am offering to repair it or return your money

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We appreciate the dealer’s willingness to repair the car to meet the standards required.  The dealer expresses concern over their mechanic’s repair work and even states they will not be using him again.  We would like the catalytic converter system repaired but would not be comfortable either using the same mechanic that had poor workmanship and jerry-rigged the emissions system of the car originally.  A Nissan mechanic has inspected the car and we have a report in writing that states the car needs a new catalytic converter on side 2.  Since the car is a Nissan, we would want it repaired with Nissan parts and according to Nissan standards.  We would not accept after-market parts.  The dealer would be able to choose another certified mechanic to do the work and they can secure the appropriate parts that meet these standards. We would want to be able to ensure the car has been repaired accordingly, would pass emissions and be operating legally under the EPA laws after its repair unlike its current state. We are also concerned because we have not received the title in our name or any plates for the car to date as the dealer had stated and want to make sure everything is in order as well.  It has been 3 weeks since purchasing and we were told we would have this within 2-3 weeks. We want to keep the car for repair and not sell it back to the dealer.  Other than the catalytic converter issue we have been told by 2 certified mechanics it is a good car.
