I am rejecting this response because: My daughter was with me. What does that have to do with him putting the wrong coolant in my car. My car was running hot I barely was able to get it home. I had to drain the wrong coolant out of my car and put the correct one. MY cost was 66.27 [redacted]. My complaint is he will not confess what He did wrong.
When Mrs. [redacted] brought her car (ID [redacted]) for a smog test, it was running normal and was safe for a smog test. The temperature of the car was normal and was safe for a smog test. The temperature of the car was normal. I performed the test, as I would on any other car; and when Miss [redacted] left the smog station her car was running fine. She then later accused me of adding coolant to her car. I strongly reject her accusation on adding anything, let alone coolant into her vehicle at any time during the encounter. If I were to add something to her car, I would have documentation on the work-order of her authorization and initial signature, and charged her for the coolant.

THEN HE SAID HE DIDN'T PUT COOLANT HE PUT WATER. AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME I CALLED BACK HE STILL WAS SAYING HE PUT WATER NOT COOLANT. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO FILE WITH Revdex.com HE SAID GO HEAD.Desired Settlement: FIX MY CAR.

To whom it may concern,Hammer Lane Smog is a TEST ONLY station. On March 31, 2016 at 1:39pm, [redacted] came to Hammer Lane Smog to acquire a smog test on her vehicle (License number: [redacted]), she inquired how much the price was. I told her $66.75 and she seemed satisfied with the price and proceeded filling out the paper work and completing it with a signature. I continued to smog her vehicle which unfortunately failed. She seemed displeased with the results and asked why it failed, when she just had her car fixed by Quality Tune-Up Service ( Location: [redacted]). Her vehicle failed because of two reasons, the first problem was that the monitor was not ready and the second was because the emission failed. After explaining, she paid the $66.75 fee and said she was going back to Quality Tune-Up Service. Sincerely,[redacted]
