inspectionLegally, a Pennsylvania inspection requires removal of two wheels to be inspected which we did, As indicated on the original repair order, the left front and right rear wheels were removed, NOT the left rear where *** *** reports there was a failure.Although it is evident we could not have been responsible for the mechanical failure being reported due to the fact that we did not remove or perforg any repairs on the left rear wheel, we will honor *** ***’s settlement request of a free inspection and reimbursement for the wheel cylinder because we stand behind the integrity of our work and value our customersWe are sorry that MrsSweigert had this experience.Sincerely,Mark H.President
