About two years ago when we decided to change our cable service we decided to try Channel ChoiceBest decision we ever made! The customer service you receive there is outstanding by everyoneA very nice young man got us started that dayA few months ago we decided to change some of the channels we were getting over the phoneThe representative we spoke to that time went above and beyond to be sure we got the best rate for what we wantedToday we went in to replace two remotes that were not working [redacted] did not sell us the remotes that were available but instead contacted Direct TV on our behalf and soon had new remotes being sent with one of them being freeWhile there she also checked on a new internet service plan for usShe was absolutely terrific, the type of person you would like to handle all your problems! Wish more places could be that friendly while providing good service

This is an absolute delight to write this review today I drove into Harris Chrysler for my very first oil change on my new Caravan Coffee and cookies were available and to add to that the Staff had beautiful smiles along with expertise skills at the counter When I returned to pick up my Caravan it had been nicely vacuumed and washed., I felt as if I was driving away in a Brand New car with everything shiny and clean like the first day I must thank all the Staff who cared for my vehicle and gave it that tender loving touch of Newness again I would definitely recommend Harris Chrysler if you want AService and top notch service with a smile Thanks to all of you!!!!!

In addition, he diligently searched through his set of available "good customer" options and offered me a $VISA card, with "no strings attached" which I accepted
I am happy to say that *** was extremely courteous in all phases of our discussions and because of this I will certainly consider doing business with Channel Choice TV again in the future
