Hammerhead Creative Designs, *** O. *** is untrustworthy. Do not do business with him.
On August 20, 2019 I hired *** O. *** for a custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. He appeared very knowledgeable. It was a very high end home. I gave him a $7000 deposit. When it came time to install his work he kept procrastinating to install. Then he stopped picking up his calls. Replying with texts about his son, grandmother, father ***, etc.
he never delivered and stole the deposit. He is scam artist. Do not what so ever work with him.
I want a full refund or the product I paid for with a refund for time lost.
The owner of this business by the name of *** with Florida driver license:
MXXX-XXX-XX-XXX-X hit my car with his business truck causing damages which have been budgeted in $ 3,520.84 plus the cost incurred in a rent a car -while my car is being fixed at the body shop-. The day of the accident, March 27th 2019 in Venetia Causaway, Miami Beach, he did not want to call the police, neither wanted to report the accident to the insurance company. I trusted him and now he disappear. This claim to the Revdex.com is to show his/their eventual clients, that this person is not trusty, he does not honor what he offers, so most likely he does not honor his business commitments. This is a typical crook person. Do not do business with this person neither his company.
Refund *** offered to pay for the repairs, he even gave me a credit/debit card but after running it twice, it has not funds....As agreed and offered by Mr ***, i need him and/or his business to pay for the damages caused by his business truck to my car. Again, he did not want to call the police neither report the accident to his insurance company, it gives clients an idea of the type of problems a consumer can get when dealing with Mr *** and / or his company.
I contracted with Hammerhead to remove Popcorn ceiling & Paint. Also provided a deposit on new front door, both on October 6th 2017. Deposit $4083.72
I have been given every excuse, including stolen vehicle, stolen tools, various illnesses, excuses that other customers did not pay him. I have multiple texts with his claims and promises to either do the work or pay back my deposit. in 7n months he has failed to produce either one. *** is a crook and will not pay me back for work and or product (Front Entry Door). I have since engaged another contractor that I am happy with. He demanded a deposit which I provided when required. He cashed my check and never did the work. Just provided empty promises and lies. I have copies of his invoice as well as the check I wrote for $4083.23.
I want to be paid back for the total amount of the deposit. I will accept 2 payments over a 2 month period. No later than May 31st 2018 for the first payment of $2083.23 and the second payment due no later than June 29th of $2000.00. Nothing less will be acceptable.
I hired this company over a year ago to do custom carpentry work at my house. He was hired for many projects. Custom Kitchen with lighting, tile work, upholstery etc, bathroom cabinets, Custom Entertainment center, Live edge table with chrome legs, Pantry door, ETC. My contracted is dated August 31, 2016. It's been a year I have paid this company approx: $33,000 The Kitchen is not complete, bathrooms are missing cabinets and was left in shambles, never received the custom Entertainment Center, never received the custom table, never received the custom pantry door. I paid him to do a mirror front cabinet never received that. So much is undone in my house and my house is destroyed. He had me without a kitchen for 7 months and without sinks in my bathrooms for 2 months. My house is in shamble and destroyed and I've been living this this for a year now. I tried on numerous occasions to come to understanding with this individual *** to no avail. I've hired attorneys to send demand letters. He'll come for one day then disappear again. He has property in his belonging that I have paid for out of my own pocket. I want him to refund us completely and return my property as it's apparent he has no intention on completing his contractual obligations.

Refund I would like a full refund for the unfulfilled contract of $15,000 for the custom ET center, table, pantry door, and bathroom cabinets and a partial refund of $2,000 for the unfinished contract work of the kitchen and shower enclosure which was never finished.
