Paid half down $on 12-28-His crew showed up on 1-13-and advised the roof caps were not delivered with roof panels delivered to my drive-way on 1-12-When the crew called him (1-13-while making a visit to view the job and this call was made from my home phone) they advised Mr** the roof caps were missingThis phone call took place on my home's speaker phone and I heard Mr** tell his crew that my existing caps would be re-used and that all of my accessories would be re-used(Contract states he is to supply all accessories)When I got on the phone to speak with Mr** about this concern, he advised me that it would cost me an additional $for the capsAfter I told him he never told me this, he agreed to get the caps at no cost, however, the caps would take a week to retrieve and that the roofers would use the old caps to do the job and then return later and place the new caps onThis is also in breach of his contract No wording whatsoever on the contr
