Do not recommend this company. We hit black ice on 75 and asked to follow our RV to the impound lot. Once at the impound lot the officer told us we had to get off the property so I asked the driver to back our RV out of the lot, less than 300 feet, so we could get some essentials out -- prescriptions, my work laptop, -- he wouldn't do it. We were the customers, our insurance company was paying. Plus, the reason we didn't get stuff out at the scene was because we were going to follow them. I am pretty sure the driver knew we would run into issues at the impound lot. We were 250 miles from home on Thanksgiving night...couldn't get access until 9am the next morning. No heat in the RV and 20 degrees.
