Do not recommend this companyWe hit black ice on and asked to follow our RV to the impound lotOnce at the impound lot the officer told us we had to get off the property so I asked the driver to back our RV out of the lot, less than feet, so we could get some essentials out -- prescriptions, my work laptop, -- he wouldn't do itWe were the customers, our insurance company was payingPlus, the reason we didn't get stuff out at the scene was because we were going to follow themI am pretty sure the driver knew we would run into issues at the impound lotWe were miles from home on Thanksgiving night...couldn't get access until 9am the next morningNo heat in the RV and degrees
