I had a very enjoyably experience at Harris Victoria Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The salesmen was extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with with the information I need to make a decision on a model. Even with not so perfect credit, Harris was able to get me an extremely good on financing. the personnel at Harris walked me through the buying process.
We started our experience by chatting online with Harris,Jeep, Victoria regarding a sales ad in the Times Colonist with a request to have a salesperson contact us. We were called first thing in the morning by [redacted], consequently we made the 1 hour drive from our home to Victoria. Upon entering the sales office we were immediately greeted and requested to have a seat with coffee.[redacted] was assigned to us as our sales person.[redacted] was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we were interested in. He took us out for a test drive and let my husband take over driving with myself in the front passenger seat. We were very impressed with[redacted]s customer service, we purchased the vehicle we were looking at. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.
I would like to thank [redacted] from service department for quality service he always provides for customers like me. It is always pleasure to consult him about everything you need to know about your car. He is a real professional and he is the first one I want to see every time I am there.
I always receive excellent personalized service at Harris Jeep's parts&service department. They go the extra mile and always leave my jeep sparkling too.
July, 2016 - To date, my husband and I have had a very positive experience with Harris Victoria while purchasing our 2016 Jeep Cherokee. In all honesty this brand spanking new car was not really one of our primary needs however with the 84 month - 0%, it was a 'no brainer' in buying a new car. As a retired REALTOR, I write this comment to again thank STEVEN, our 'on the ball' sales person and a BIG THANK YOU to MIKE, one of the Sales Managers. Mike showed outstanding integrity in clearing up a miscommunication between us. We highly recommend this Company and their honest sales staff .
About two years ago when we decided to change our cable service we decided to try Channel Choice. Best decision we ever made! The customer service you receive there is outstanding by everyone. A very nice young man got us started that day. A few months ago we decided to change some of the channels we were getting over the phone. The representative we spoke to that time went above and beyond to be sure we got the best rate for what we wanted. Today we went in to replace two remotes that were not working. [redacted] did not sell us the remotes that were available but instead contacted Direct TV on our behalf and soon had 2 new remotes being sent with one of them being free. While there she also checked on a new internet service plan for us. She was absolutely terrific, the type of person you would like to handle all your problems! Wish more places could be that friendly while providing good service.
Just had a service and detailing done. The service rep suggested a detailing as well as new windshield wipers. For value I don't believe I've ever has a better deal.
I have been under the impression that I couldn't get cable for years; due to my lack of credit. I chose to walk in to channel choice and roll the dice... I was greeted immediately by a friendly woman by the name of [redacted] She walked me thru every detail of the different companies I had to choose from in my area for the services I was seeking. I now have my cable up and running 3 days later without a hitch! Thank you channel choice!
This is an absolute delight to write this review today. I drove into Harris Chrysler for my very first oil change on my new 2015 Caravan. Coffee and cookies were available and to add to that the Staff had beautiful smiles along with expertise skills at the counter. When I returned to pick up my Caravan it had been nicely vacuumed and washed., I felt as if I was driving away in a Brand New car with everything shiny and clean like the first day. I must thank all the Staff who cared for my vehicle and gave it that tender loving touch of Newness again. I would definitely recommend Harris Chrysler if you want A1 Service and top notch service with a smile. Thanks to all of you!!!!!
My worded experience dealing with a buying a car ! From sales men that flock to you at the door then hours later ignore you. Made clear what I wanted specific to 3 employees and they financed me for a cheaper car that was a go for financing , however I made clear I was only interested one specific model. Waste of time...... They don't listen .
Once again your service department is a huge disappointment. Multiple times in a row they have tried fixing my truck only to have the engine light come back on minutes later once leaving your shop. Will be filing a formal complaint with customer service.
[redacted] gave me great service two years ago and again today. He was able to get me a very good deal on Dish tv service and cox Internet and I would recommend his services to anyone who was looking for tv/Internet in az.
