I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I spoke with [redacted] and let her know that her account is at a $0 balance. and she will not be charged any more then her monthly rate.

Review: On December 26, 2014 I paid my storage rental, late fees and all required fees to get my unit's account up to date. I spoke to the manager, [redacted], and she informed me my account was paid-in-full and up to date. My unit's payment would not need another payment until January 6, 2015 (the regularly scheduled due date).On December 30, 2014 the manager called me and said "I have bad news." She then informed me that the owner, [redacted], said that my account does not receive the move-in special that I received over 2 months ago because I had become delinquent. Therefore, he was pulling the special off my account, which now shows me owing $62.50.Mr. [redacted] cannot go back 2 months and decide to pull a move-in special because I became delinquent. If he wanted to add additional late fees or service fees for maintaining a late account, that would be acceptable. But this is unlawful.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr. [redacted], the owner, to return my account to paid-in-full and $0 balance. It has been paid since December 26th. He has intentionally put the account in default without adequate justification. All storage fees and additional fees were paid.
