I am rejecting this response because:MrHarmon did not tell the whole truth in his response I apologize for stating his tree climber trespassed onto my property I saw in the pictures that he was suspended by the crane In the heat of the moment, I thought he climbed down and walked on my property There was a portion of a limb overhanging the property line but it was probably less than feet in length - hardly a "big rotten limb" I never talked to his foreman The only person I spoke with was the tree climber He told me to go talk to his foreman so I know he wasn't the foreman He never asked the foreman to come over and talk with me I did not "came out yelling at my foreman and my tree climber" as Mike stated I simply asked him what he was doing in my tree and told him to stop There was no yelling at this time - only questioning Then I told him to stop that I was calling the Sheriff and he proceeded to ignore my request and chopped off the limb at the fork This is when I started yelling "Why did you do that" and then the tree climber started cursing at me I retaliated by cursing back at him He never went to get his foreman or the owner He just acted on his own The Revdex.com can check into the validity of my claims because I was on the phone with the Sheriff when I started yelling to Stop The Sheriff's dispatch (or whom ever answered the call) heard all of the conversation and can verify that my version is the correct version I started walking back to my drive to wait for the Sheriff and someone came up to me (don't know if it was the foreman or Mike) and said "I don't appreciate you talking to my guys like that" I only replied, "Did you hear how they were talking to me?" I never talked with him other than that statement I waited for the Sheriff to arrive Yes, there is a feud between two neighbors but Mike's company and crew were disrespectful, argumentative and unwilling to discuss the issue with me about the AMOUNT OF THE TREE THEY WERE CUTTING OFF There was never a dispute over whether or not they could cut off the overhanging part Just whether it should be or ~15+ feet! Neither Mike nor the [redacted] ' know where the property line is because the markers are NOT the actual property line This should have been discussed before work commenced and if there was any question, they should have addressed us and or consulted with a surveyor Mike may think he is professional and courteous but he is wrong! This was a tense situation which he could have addressed immediately (if he truly were a professional) and it could have been resolved quickly and fairly without all the ill willHe is just not willing to admit that he made a mistake by letting his crew do whatever they did, by not discussing property lines with us, and by not acting in a professional manner at all.My initial complaint still stands with the exception of the trespassing issue.Sincerely,Marcia & Christopher [redacted]

they also refer me to their friends and familiesI can provide a list of people if needed I would like to take this opportunity to tell you my side of what happened on 11/8/I was contacted by Matthew *** to take down a big rotten limb that was over his propertyMr*** then told me that he and his neighbor Marcia *** were not friendly and has issuesHe told me not to go on her property and I agreedSo when we did the job I brought my crane and my foreman put my tree climber in the tree by lifting him into the tree with the craneWe never went on Marcia *** property like she claimed.Ms*** then came out yelling at my foreman and my tree climber, words was exchanged by both partiesShe then called the Medina Sheriff, which came out took a report but we was not cited for anything I'm sure if the Revdex.com would check into this they would see that was there to do a job that I was hired for and was caught between two feuding neighbors Thank you for your time, Mike Hammon

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. Harmon did not tell the whole truth in his response.  1.  I apologize for stating his tree climber trespassed onto my property.  I saw in the pictures that he was suspended by the crane.  In the heat of the moment, I thought he climbed down and walked on my property.2.  There was a portion of a limb overhanging the property line but it was probably less than 6 feet in length - hardly a "big rotten limb".3.  I never talked to his foreman.  The only person I spoke with was the tree climber.  He told me to go talk to his foreman so I know he wasn't the foreman.  He never asked the foreman to come over and talk with me.  I did not "came out yelling at my foreman and my tree climber" as Mike stated.  I simply asked him what he was doing in my tree and told him to stop.  There was no yelling at this time - only questioning.  Then I told him to stop that I was calling the Sheriff and he proceeded to ignore my request and chopped off the limb at the fork.  This is when I started yelling "Why did you do that" and then the tree climber started cursing at me.  I retaliated by cursing back at him.  He never went to get his foreman or the owner.  He just acted on his own.  The Revdex.com can check into the validity of my claims because I was on the phone with the Sheriff when I started yelling to Stop.  The Sheriff's dispatch (or whom ever answered the call) heard all of the conversation and can verify that my version is the correct version.4.  I started walking back to my drive to wait for the Sheriff and someone came up to me (don't know if it was the foreman or Mike) and said "I don't appreciate you talking to my guys like that".  I only replied, "Did you hear how they were talking to me?"  I never talked with him other than that statement.  I waited for the Sheriff to arrive.5.  Yes, there is a feud between two neighbors but Mike's company and crew were disrespectful, argumentative and unwilling to discuss the issue with me about the AMOUNT OF THE TREE THEY WERE CUTTING OFF.  There was never a dispute over whether or not they could cut off the overhanging part.  Just whether it should be 6 or ~15+ feet!  Neither Mike nor the [redacted]' know where the property line is because the markers are NOT the actual property line.  This should have been discussed before work commenced and if there was any question, they should have addressed us and or consulted with a surveyor.  6.  Mike may think he is professional and courteous but he is wrong!  This was a tense situation which he could have addressed immediately (if he truly were a professional) and it could have been resolved quickly and fairly without all the ill will. He is just not willing to admit that he made a mistake by letting his crew do whatever they did, by not discussing property lines with us, and by not acting in a professional manner at all.My initial complaint still stands with the exception of the trespassing issue.Sincerely,Marcia & Christopher [redacted]
