Review: I received a phone call from a [redacted] at the Green Sheet - she was calling to push their advertising for $79.00 per month for an ad. She got my information from Craigslist, where I assume she preys on many new businesses. I told her that my wife handles all of the advertising and to send me something in the mail for her to look at and if we were interested, we'd let her know. The next thing I know we get an INVOICE in the mail! An invoice for an ad we didn't approve, and not to mention she stole the ad from another local paper, The Citizen! It's not even original work. Now she called today, November 8 2013 and left a threatening voice mail which I have saved. She said she would never create an ad that nobody wanted and how else would she get the address. She said "you don't want word to get out, you know good advertising and bad advertising. pay your bill, pay your bill." I or my wife NEVER agreed to their services. They wanted to charge me almost $20 more a month than my current advertising with the Citizen... I would never agree to that! She needs to learn you can't just be pushy with everyone.Desired Settlement: I would like for this siutation to be handled by having The Green Sheet remove our contact information from their list and remove the $79 charge that they are claiming we owe! I am a brand new small business, I don't need this! I never would have imagined I'd deal with this kind of scam with a local business... especially when I never agreed. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I see you called me on Friday, never made it back but I wanted to address this. I guess this guy's name is Sean [redacted]. The ad was Sean does it all. Apparently he received a credit and he most definitely will not ever be invited to advertise with us anymore. This ad should not have run in the first place, he did not post a PA license number in the ad that in itself would raise a question as to whether this contractor is legitimate or not. As far as us running a scam, we don't scam anyone, we have been in business for 115 years and we've never even been sued. 115 years in business and this was the first complaint we ever had with you, a complaint over a $79.00 ad and somehow this earned us an F rating.
