I am so sorry for this company management. Their technicion came to my house to diagnose why water leaking from livingroom ceiling and they cut the ceiling and left my house. Mark the manager told us we will come back to fix the problem but after five weeks that we followed up, Mark told us that we can not fix that. I do not recommand this company to anyone. It is not a professional and reliable company.
My son and husband totally gutted our bathroom. Hammond plumbing came to install a tub and fixtures. When we asked the cost of installation in a small 5x6.5 bathroom we were told it would be $84 per hour. 2 plumbers came to do the installation and stayed for over 6 hours - don't know how they even fit in there. Everything was exposed so there were no complications. We had purchased a [redacted] shower kit but were told that the plumber recommended not installing their screw on tub spout and suggested a slip on spout. He said he would order one in the same finish. One plumber came back later and installed an ugly, non matching spout. We then received the bill and realized that we had been billed double what the quoted price was because 2 plumbers were sent. We were also charged $81 for a [redacted] tub spout. I had emailed pictures of the spout to [redacted] and their technical department said it was not a [redacted] spout, hence we would not be covered under their warranty. In conclusion, my husband was able to get the price reduced and we were given a [redacted] spout that almost matches the rest of the fixtures. My question is why did we have to go through all of this? Why are businesses not honest about pricing? If we had been told that we would be charged $168 per hour for what was a fairly straightforward job that, in my opinion, was dragged out, we would not have hired them to do the job at all. We were given much lower quotes by reputable companies but they were called because we had to do it last minute, when the bathroom was stripped down. Not impressed.
