I am rejecting this response because:I was present when Mr.*** spoke with themHe comlained about how we were having a hard getting a response from them which explains all the calls we made and No callbacksAlso, my husband left a voicemail after the receptionist hung up on me and we still haven't received a callback from HammondsIf the first service tech would've done what the Second one did there wouldn't have been a 2nd fee for $instead he just looked at the refrigerator and assume it was the blower motor which it wasn'tI the whole experience was very unprofessional and I feel like we received poor service from them.

Hammond Services is a reputable company which has never had a reputation of "ripping off" customersWe communicated directly with Mr*** who emphatically told us if we were unable to repair the refrigerator then just inform him and we did soOur $is the standard diagnostic call
fee and customers are aware that if additional parts are needed then the customer is responsible for the cost of those parts
