I attempted to message her via Facebook Messenger AND email. As of today, I have emailed and messaged her SEVERAL times with zero response. ([redacted], Owner of Hamor'd only works with customers via Facebook at email.)

Personal Note: Hamor'd Owner/Seller [redacted] is in the process of a divorce. Her name may change in the coming months.

I have noticed that there are other customers asking questions about the status of their orders via Facebook. There may be additional disputes concerning this company.
