Hampden Homebuyers

My new house LOOKS beautiful, but a bunch of stuff has come up in these few months of ownership that points to shoddiness from the sellers or who they contracted to "fix" things. They half-assed everything in our inspection report to get through to closing I'm thinking. Within the first 3 days of moving in, our water wouldn't work, had to pay a few hundred to have that fixed. Also turns out that the filtration system was removed. The water guy thinks it was a cheap way to increase water pressure. Now, our hot water won't work-the circuit keeps shutting off. Beware of Hampden Homebuyers.

I have been and my lawyer has been trying to contact the seller (hampden homebuyers) since the purchase of the house to get important information.My wife and I purchased a home from Hampden Homebuyers in January 2013 and our lawyer and ourselves have been trying to contact the seller for information by both email and phone. After both of us have tried all ways we have still not heard anything back. -We need to get the the occupancy permit from Hampden Homebuyers. -Where is the building card for the plumbing inspector to sign off? Even though the plumbing permit failed and was never closed before the sale of the house.-Did the electrical inspector sign off on the building card?-Is the building inspector aware of the open permits to sign off on? and has he signed off on any of them?-The plumbing inspector will not pass the plumbing until a shut off valve is installed on the hot water tank. He also noted that the heating lines are installed very poorly and have small leaks in many areas that should be addressed at the same time the heating valve is installed.We are looking for answers and after emails and phone calls and Hampden Homebuyers lawyer saying they would contact our lawyer and never doing so is very wrong and terrible professionalism.Desired SettlementWe want Hampden Homebuyers to respond to our lawyer and answer our questions about the open permits, occupancy permit, and fixing the problems left open on their permits they opened.
