I've been living in this location for about a year and six months. Obviously I only had a one year lease, so I have been living here month to month since then. On July 09,2020 around 9:30 pm I was taking a shower alone when the cold water nozzle went flying and what followed was so much water pressure that it powered a firefighter water hose.
I have two little girls from the ages of 5 and 1 1/2 years old and if either one of them was in the shower with me Id would've made a police report because of their negligence.
I immediately called the hotline to ask for some relief but instead they transferred me to the maintenance man on call that day and he told me that there should be a main water control *** but there wasn't, end to find out that we did but it wasn't working. I kept telling him that we needed him to come immediately but he kept saying I'm 45 mins away and I said well I need you or else my whole apartment is going to flood. So he said he was coming, in meanwhile I had to call the fire department because the water pressure was so out of control! The firefighters had to put the water hose to the pipe because they couldn't even find the main control valve for the whole building
Finally after an hour the maintenance man arrived and he turned off the water to the entire complex. He kept saying how botched up the bathroom was and that *** would come in the morning to fix the knobs and the hole in the shower and that someone else was going to come and Take out the foam from under the carpet and going to also do a cleaning treatment to the carpet.
Well cnc which is the company that they use for carpet issues came they were very unprofessional.
They had no masks on they had very dirty shoes and very crude.
They took out the foam but did not clean the carpet.
I asked them if they was going to replace the carpet but they said no so I said when are they coming back to clean the carpet because I have little girls and they told me that they would come back next week.
They never came back.

Billing Adjustment Well after the flood it's been two weeks and still the apartment is still in the same conditions as the night of the flood or even worse before the wet walls were not dry properly. There's this horrible smell that comes from within the wall in the master bathroom. So much so that I can barely be in there for ten minutes without getting a Migraine. So I've been trying to contact the apartment management but to not success. No we have need evicted for no reason. We need help
Due to Covid-19, only one maintenance man was working at a time for 4 apartment complexes. On July 22, a maintenance man went back to said apartment to fix problem but a man answered the door and would not let them in to fix. On July 30, *** Carpet came to apartment to put carpet down and tenant would not let him in. The tenant was on a month to month lease and severely behind (4 months) in rent so on July 24, she was given a 30 day eviction notice. As of today, the tenant no longer resides in the apartment.
